I was planning to purchase formal pant and they clearly told that they will be altered the height. The tailor was not available so asked me to come next day, till now I had visited 5 times but I didn't get a chance to alter as the tailor was not available. At last the tailor was available one day but they sail we will not do emming and will do only stitch. I said, Ok. Then they said tailor is busy you have to wait for some time. I Waited. Again they said tailor is busy with some urgent work you have wait again. The response from the staff not tolerable. I never seen this kind of response from the other Trends branch. One of worst experience I had with Trends Sreekaryam branch. Just I thought to share it.

Vast collection, costomer friendly employees, not so busy showroom, so can have a good and relaxed shopping experience. They have car parking and two wheeler parking. Trial rooms are neat and clean

This one is exclusively for ladies. Collections are same as of the other trends stores. Maximum 5 cars can be parked in front of the store. Situated near the Sreekaryam bus stop towards Trivandrum. Usually crowded during weekends and offer time.

Not customer friendly, sales persons are not interested in sales.or helping the customers, they are interested in saying no to which customers are asking.

Staff are very polite. Good place for trend and fashionable collection. This shop is only for womens. No waiting room for husbands and friends who came with their girls.

Great selection at amazing prices. My wife really loved this place. The staff was also really helpful and was well aware the choices and sizes/stock available. I would recommend this over the established boutiques.
