VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS SHOP. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ONE LADY STAFF COMPELL ME FOR PURCHASE MORE WITH THE NAME OF DISCOUNT. I PLAN TO PURCHASE ONLY 2 JEANS WITH 2000 RS. SHE COMPELL TO BUY FOR RS. 4,000 IN ORDER TO GET DISCOUNT. AS A NORMAL CUSTOMER I FELL IN HER WORDS. I PURCHASE A TOP RS. 1299/, BUT MY HUSBAND DIDNT LIKE IT. SO U WENT FOR EXCHANGE. THAT TIME HER RUDE CHARACTER CAME OUT. SHE DIDNT ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE. SHE SAYS I CAN TAKE ONLY TOP WITH SAME 1299/-. I TOLD HER IF MORE AMOUNT I LL PAY. BUT SHE DIDNT ALLOW. SAME DAY I WENT TO ANOTHER 2 TRENDS IN EKM. AND PURCHASE SAME AMOUNT. SECOND DAY I WENT FOR EXCHANGE. THEY GIVE ME EXCHANGE. I DONT KNOW Y THIS LADY SAYS LIKE THIS.

Women wear staff not at all friendly. Especially some ladies they are absolutely rude. They need some kind of training about how to be with customers. Not at all welcoming or smiling or pleasant looking

One of the reliance outlet with no updated collection, also the staffs are not aware of any policy of the reliance shop and when I went to exchange a product they behaving like local merchant. This is my second bad experience with this shop.

This outlet is little congested and has very less trial rooms. Offers a decent garments selection.

Good collection. They have more on traditional looking clothing than the western clothing. Great prices and really pretty clothes.

It's a nice shop and you get latest collections here. Material is good and durable, not very expensive. Staff is very helpful and service minded. Fitting rooms are clean and all the clothes are displayed very well, staff will help you to find your size. I bought many clothes here and went three to four times to shop here. I loved shopping here and would recommend this shop to anyone who likes to wear good clothes.
