Vegitarian food was good.karemeen and pwrans fry was frozen and not good. Resturant has launch bar facility with nice ambience

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The variety of options available in restaurant and catering to diverse preferences. However, it's important to note that my review is subjective, and others may have different experiences.

We did know of this hotel in Kochi but glad we stayed for 2 nights. Right from the start of driving in to finally driving out we could not find fault with anything. The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful, room clean, neat and spacious. Overall a good choice in Cochin.

New hotel so that is the good part. They did accommodate early check in request and thanks for that.

Now bad parts:
They could not provide towels (laundry delay they say.)
Please don’t drink the water in the room. It was not clean.
Breakfast was messy and unclean. If you go first you are lucky. After that they don’t refill in a timely manner. If you ask for it they look at you as if we asked them for free money!
One of their Manager can use some additional training on customer service.
I will hesitate to stay here with kids in this place.

Went for a wedding reception. Spacious banquet hall. Staff service was excellent. Food was average.

Excellent facilities. Arrogant Manager at the front desk. Disrespectful to guests and shocking behaviour… Better get your act together if you want to be in this business.

This is in continuation with the owner’s response. We paid for extra beds in both rooms. If only 3 persons are allowed, why take money for extra beds then? When asked for rule book that guests are not allowed - the manager could not show us anything. He apologised, accepting his mistake but now
Is talking about hygiene and safety. Big joke! Also - we had ONE guest who visited. Shows how bad your attitude is.

Really poor treatment from their Manager. We booked 3 rooms explicitly for 12 pax. 4 of them came earlier. And around 6 of us came later. They didnt allow us inside and told us to actually sit in the lobby! They were rude to my kids and my family saying all cannot go up. He then apologized to us. Never have I been treated like this at a hotel. You can see my reviews. I hardly rate any hotel so bad. I feel disrespected and badly treated. Terrible

Good hotel. Neat & clean rooms. Big in size. Toilets were super clean. Has good restaurant too. Complementary break fast needs improvement though. Recommended.

We organized our intimate engagement function at Tribute Royale. They have a spacious banquet hall and adjacent halls that we used for serving food. They can easily accommodate 200 + people without any congestion (including excellent parking facility). The Hotel management did a great job right from the time we visited them to enquire to the day of the event. The chef and F&B manager suggested great recommendations which turned out to be delicious. All our guests loved it. Support staff coordinated efficiently. Throughout we had an amazing experience. Would certainly organize more events and dine in at hotel tribute royal in future.

The ambience of the rooms, dining hall and overall experience was amazing. Service and guest care was up to expectations and provisions of the rooms and recreational amenities were really nice. All in all, was very satisfied with my stay.

Had a great stay, pretty affordable despite a last minute booking on our part. Rooms were excellent, very hygienic and staff were helpful. Complimentaty breakfast was great. Only issue was with the room keys which didn't work, and was inconvenient. Otherwise, fantastic stay (stayed for one night)

1. When we checked in, we said we were 4 and you didnt find out later. It was us who told the same at check and asked to be billed for it. Pls ask the lady at the counter. Why werent we told then?

Post wrong replies dont help. Your staff was very rude to us. Unacceptable for a hotel. We paid for 2 extra beds. If you allow only 3 in a room for families of 4, why did u allow and take charges for 4 pax. And we asked you to show the rule book and you didnt have one and didnt show it to us.

This is a very good hotel, And the food and service here is very happy and satisfying.especially the breakfast is very tasty and the snacks are traditional.

Overall great experience, good staffs, services.but the thing is that there is only one staff (lady) at reception, but she doing everything well & greatmanagement please consider her & appoint someone for helping her.

Our stay at Tribute Royale hotel was awsome in our experience.
The most highest positive factor in the hotel is the breakfast at the restaurant which was a buffet during our stay.

The manager dealing was very roody he can't handle the customers.we are very much worried about his dealing

Hotel is excellent but the manager there ruins it.
We had a stay in this hotel and the location of the hotel and decor, ambiance was good.
The only negative is the hotel manager who sits in the lobby.
He shouted the female staff in front of us we felt bad about this behaviour.
He was very rude to us aa well.
If the management doesn't keep an eye on this guy it will be a disaster and he will ruin hotel's reputation

Excellent buffet at Tribute Royale
We are a group of 4 friends visited tribute royale for buffet. Everything was excellent good and tastey food, excellent staff and wonderful desserts

Aneesh a young man who works for the Tribute Royale property was an excellent host from the time we arrived.and myself with great enthusiasm and was attentive to our needs throughout the night. I will fondly remember the Dinner and Snacks.
The property is very beautiful, and the food was delightful. The Pool side view is very awesome.

Best place to stay in kochi. Excellent room, peaceful location, friendly staff, very good breakfast area. Entire area is maintaining well and stafff are helping a lot, cooperative. Highly recommend for families. Safe and cool place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Tribute Royale Today. We conducted a marriage reception of 200 people and everything went well.
We the entire family is thankful to the hotel team for their support in making excellent food (both non veg buffet and traditional sadhya) for our guests. Brilliant execution of the event and wonderful service.
Special thanks to Their kitchen staff for their marvelous food, excellent serving and above all the event cordinator Varna for her professional support and approch her work is highly appreciated.

Very Nice place with great ambiance. The meeting rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are very cooperative during the meeting they had very good service. The dinner buffet is really nice it's a must try. Royale management please keep the good team work.

I am delighted to share my experience at Tribute royals, it was a great and friendly atmosphere with good food, the great ambience also.they have Good Swimming pool also, And supporting staffs especially 'Mr. Aneesh' at the Service helped a lot in satisfying our requests. We had a recent stay at Hotel Tribute Royale.
Based in my experience I would say this hotel is one of the best in the city for business and leisure travellers. The staff at the hotel are good and their professional approach is notable.
The front office staff Varna and Priya are good and their approach to us is highly appreciable.
GM Mr. Anup was keen to meet and asked about the stay and feedback!

Superb Experience at Tribute Royale

We had conducted a wedding reception at Tribute Royale recently and the whole function went well.
The hall was well maintained and well decorated with their facilities. The food they served was delicious and very tastey.
The highlight was the way they organized event. Maintained a good communication with us and taken the details in advance and that helped us and of course them to do it well.
The room we booked also was nice. The staff was good in assisting us.
We are very thankful to Ms. Varna who was our point of contact since the enquiry to billing and she checked our feedback on the next day as well. Special that to varna and entire team

I went for the buffet dinner and i could hardly find any staff at the restaurant for service.the dish names was not displayed and there was no proper lighting at the buffet area. The dessert area was empty and it was served in table on demand. The dessert quality was below average (icecream and gulab jamun) except Carrot halwa.

BAD BEHAVING OF STAFF.
As I just entered into auditorium nearby our shooting premises, which was opened and lights up, while in a call.l think one of the staff came and told to take off from the room in very bad tone. Then I make a review. Suddenly the he came back and aggressively ask me why you make such a review. I don't know is it possible to question on my experience. It's very bad behavioural attitude.such staffs create the chance for make bad namings.

Spacious rooms with great decor, Bfast, lunch and dinner served at restaurant is fabulous, Staff service is exemplary. Cant wait to revisit. All credit to leader Mr Anoop who leads the way.

We have done a film shoot here in the hotel yesterday. The hotel is amazing the staff are excellent and very co operative in all means.
The shoot went well and it could not happen with out the support of the staff especially the GM Mr. Anoop.
I strongly recommend the hotel for marriages or any functions.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel on a business trip. I was not familiar with the hotel as it was comparatively new to the city. But i had an amazing experience there at this hotel. The staffs are so well behaved and trained. Food is really nice and good. Rooms are a bit expensive but they explained it's only because they are fully packed for the day. They do serve drinks and it's really cheap. Excellent place, definitely recommend.
