Udaya Ayurveda Resort

Located in the banks of river, beautiful location but don't have any service and poorly maintained. You won't get any food other than the complimentary breakfast. If you don't have a car food is a big issue.

We four booked Two rooms and stayed on 3-11-23. Place is really good with nice ambiance. Had taken oil massage, steam bath, it was good, food is good, very courteous staff, who also provided two hrs slow charging for my EV. I am sure next time also i book this place.

However, there are some areas that need attention. Hygiene and room cleanliness should be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay. The quality of food provided at the resort is not up to par, but the advantage is that Swiggy and Zomato services are available in the area for alternative dining options. The facilities for kids also need enhancement to provide a more family-friendly experience. In summary, this resort offers a great atmosphere and amenities but should work on these areas to provide a more comprehensive and satisfying guest experience.

It was a pleasant stay with nice location. Swimming pool nearby river is a added advantage.

It was not at all good experience.i reached by 11.05 p.m to hotel. And they showed us cottages.i didn't like number 4 cottage as it was very small so i finalized 5 number.
After some time i felt AC remote is not working so they changed twice but still problem not sort out.i requested them to clear soon but finally they suggest me to change room. But as i booked cottage for 2500/- but they are demanding more money for changing room.i told them i don't have more budget. They are forcing to stay there and adjust there. Manager was very rude and not at all adjustable.
Finally late night we took refund and looked for another hotel. Maintenance is very poor

Nice place to stay with family good staff Thanks to Subin for his prompt and good service. My mother just enjoyed their lovingness and hospitality. Will definitely stay in my next visit. They have different types of room to suit ones requirements

Very bad experience, booked room for 3k and lost 15k worth items.

It’s a safe and beautiful place where we stayed, but we left some dresses and ornaments in the accommodation and vacated the place. After a while, we called and informed them about the dress and ornaments (worth 15k) and they found the items and said that it’s with us you can send people to collect the same. When we sent people to collect it, they mentioned that the manager had left the job, so we were not sure where he kept it and we weren’t able to reach him.

This is really not acceptable being a resort and having a number of CCTV surveillance cameras and they come up with the story that they aren’t able to reach out to their employees.

If you are planning to stay plz call them up and confirm if there is any party arranged during the day of stay. There is absolutely no privacy and the rooms balcony open to the function area and don't even think about the swimming pool. There are regular functions and party in the locations and you can hardly get out of your room Absolute miserable i cancelled the stay soon after reaching the location. And they dint even bother to refund the advance amount paid

Nice and quiet location, well maintained outdoors, perfect to host small outdoor functions. Safety features could be improved - kids definitely need supervision here.

Riverside view is awesome to be experienced at night and suitable to host party or function.

Rest, i haven't experienced the hotel & service, so can't comment on it.

I'm a professional photographer. I've captured many events on Udaya resort.ambiance on this resort is very great.

We had room in the wooden cottage, during night time, we saw big rats and also was disturbed by rat sound. But other cottages was quiet good.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort.ambience is good.rooms are clean.staff is very cooperative. If swimming pool is there it will be more attractive.overall experience is very good

But dont expect much with quality of the rooms.

Its a normal resort but considering the a resort in a city area then this is the best in palakkad

The location has parking for 30-40 cars. There were a lot of mosquitoes during the function. The swimming pool dint have a safety road to prevent small children running towards it. The venue was visually appealing but had these cons.

I had a great experience with this resort. Staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and indeed a perfect place to celebrate a team gathering.

Not as luxurious as it sounds, the bed was unkept and unhygienic. Terrible WiFi. Food was at the least average

Swimming pool is green in colour and they are giving pool for learning swimming lessons.better avoid this place.

Good hospitality. We reached almost at 11pm but the staffs and management are very humble and provided good service. Infrastructure is good, seems some rooms are renovated recently.

I Booked a Deluxe room, Got the room, Bed was full of flies and Cockroaches, Also I saw a rat running in the room, They Gave me another cottage which was also the same condition, Anyway managed and got away. Breakfast was for namesake,

The worst experience till date.
Highly unresponsible staffs, very untidy rooms with spider webs in ever corner and fans not cleaned since the day it was installed, shortage of water. The staffs informed us there would be complimentary breakfast while booking the resort, we were denied the service promised once we arrived there.
These are among very few of the worst experiences we had. The management seems very shady.

Excellent resort and very nice team. I stayed in Udaya Resort for 4 days. Very nice ambience. It was beautiful experience. Hospitality of Manager Mr. Suresh was excellent and He very Helpful and Hard working. All the best to him and Team.

Horrible place. I made a right decision to check out from the property within 15mins of my check in. Entire property was more like an dump yard. Swimming pool is just a name.but to store dirty water.

When the rooms were showed to me itsm was not even cleaned neither the surroundings was left un cleaned.
The management was not even bothering as to why I was about to check out within 15mins.

Goibibo should take responsibilities to ensure not to partner with such properties where the customers are at yet receiving end paying the hefty amount for a worthless property like this.
