Stopped their services a while ago. They don't know how to maintain basic transactions between them and the customer. We stopped because they kept asking screenshots of payments that were done 4 or 5 months ago (which we had already done back then), And they would ALWAYS get the due amount wrong, we had to calculate the bill amount ourselves carefully almost every single month. Milk quality was fine though, it was these kind of silly yet annoying mistakes that made us stop their services.

EDIT; Reply to the owner: we have been giving timely payments via UPI and we also shared the screenshots of the payment on WhatsApp as per your employee's instruction. We even once paid the delivery man the amount, without receiving the receipt and many months later they were asking for proof of payment for that month. How are we supposed to show proof of a non online payment if we did not receive a receipt in the first place? I suggest you and your staff to find a better way to record and store past transactions, without the need for pestering your customers for payment proofs dated many months ago.
