Food is ok but customer service is very bad. They didn't bothered about taking customer order.

Doesn't treat customer well.the food quality average. And price also high. Overall bad experience

Ummis kitchen food very testi chicken fride rice with chilli chiken garlic chicken and lime juice

Order taking guy is very adament, I ordered chicken fried rice, he is asking for side dish order, but he is saying without side dish how come I will deliver, worst attitude

Not Recommended!
If you order costly dishes they will treat you well, else they talk rudely. Food quality is not up to mark, doesn't justify the prices.
Owner is very rude and arrogant, doesn't treat customers well.

Good: - * Nearby the north railway station.
* porotta was crispy and the veg kurma tasted good.
* Good Ambience and lighting.
* Washroom available.
* Plates were dried/heated before placing, so no moisture or bad colour.
*Egg biriyani was good and had good quantity of rice and two eggs, it tasted ok.
* Google pay transactions available.
* Good varities of veg and non veg foods.
*Tables and floors kept clean.

Need to Improve: -
* Tea was only ok, but need to be improved.
*parking facility, but it would be harsh to say, as it is nearby the railway and 1 cent cost more than 10 lakh.

First of all, the first shift staffs are awsome️.
Restuarant food was overall Good.
Ambience, Music, Hygiene.these all are supperb️

Very good food, at a very low price. Must visit if you are taking a train from or getting off at Ernakulam town rail station.

Resturent is neat and tidy

This restuarant is horrible they took more than 30 minutes to serve food as we were in hurry to catch train, and even food was not upto mark as per the price of food.

Not even get a star. Food is not even average.service is very bad. Me and my friend made 2 order for biriyani and pineapple juice. I didn't even get the juice after my friend finished his biriyani. I wouldn't recommend this. And never visit here ever again.

Had porotta, chicken 65 & coffee.
Porotta and coffee are ok. Chicken 65 is a disaster. Zero flavour and tasted like old meat.
Zero customer service. Requested for extra gravy and had to ask multiple times to bring it after 5-7 minutes.

It's pretty spacious and just opposite to Ernakulam North railway station.
The food wasn't that great.
We had a chicken briyani which tasted average and a chicken mughlai biryani which was a total disaster, never try it from here.
Service was fine but the cashier behaves like we owe him money for a long time, very busy man even there no other person waiting to pay the bill.

Worst ever mugalai biriyani in my life.no flavour.no quality.saltless and tasteless chicken.
And they called it as mugalai biriyani.pathetic.

Not a great restaurant to walk in. Bang opposite to North railway station. Quality of food is average. The person at the reception was very rude and acts like he is the busiest person on planet earth.

Clean and organized area. Service wise good. Close to Railway station, an average crowd is always expected. Good to go with a bunch of people. Food quality was average, and taste was ordinary. Vegetarian options are available.

We had Fresh lime with flavour. It costs 42 rupees for one fresh lime? Just ok juice. 80% of the glass is the juice, in that 25% of the juice is foam‍️‍️‍️. Heavy price.

Had lunch from here several times and breakfast once. The biryani is quite okay, but wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.
You can also get snacks and tea. It’s one of the better restaurants in the area to grab a meal. Super close by the North railway station making it a convenient place to grab a bite before or after train journey.

The best taste you can find near the Ernakulam Town Railway station.
The staff is behaviour is good, thry can speak English as well as hindi so no problem.

A very neat and clean restaurant with refreshing interiors located right in front of Ernakulam North Railway station. The food here is very tasty and pricing is medium. Kerala style typical snacks items are also available. Parotta and beef/chicken combinations are worth trying. Not so crowdy, it feels like a cool change from the noisy outside. Good for food with family and friends.

Diagonally opposite to the North Railway Station Ernakulam. Good option for a hygenic food with nice ambience. Service is on demand not quiet discerning. Overall apt Malabar food for travellers with Combo options. Fully Air-conditioned evening parking not a big deal

Pretty underrated restaurant near North railwy station. The main problem is the view of hotel plus the issue with parking. The hotel has a very nice ambience, good service and tasty food. And priced in a normal range. It's well maintained and neat. But the hotel lacks the attention that it deserves.

Nice place especially for travellers from Ernakulam Town (North) railway station if your train is running late.
It's got exceptionally clean nice ambiance & nice service. They are new it seems and just started establishing their presence. Lot to learn for them.

Customer service is good. And for those who complaints on things like delay in getting orders should change their perseption - it's not a fast-food joint. Your order is prepared only after you give your order.
Delicious dishes. Felt the portions are small for a normal person- sharing a curry dish is not an option I believe

Fresh juices, milk shakes etc are up to mark.

Bad experiences. Service was discriminative. Service was good for people coming in more numbers, but for me (as I was alone) I received average service. Ordered pepper chicken.but I got a kind of chettinad curry.pathetic. Cost also slightly on the higher side.
