Excellent service. In fact their stylist Mr. Akant is the best in town. I have been a regular here for nearly a year. Akant is a brilliant stylist no complaints there. Why the one star rating? Well Ms. Vishwanath (owner I suppose) was present today at the salon. I thought she was rude to ask my stylist to finish up while he was still cutting me, which I overheard. Probably she thought I didn’t speak Hindi. Apparently some other probably more important clients were waiting. In fact I had taken an appointment and on arriving my appointment was postponed for two children. I never saw her do the same for me. I hope they make it a point not to insult loyal customers.

Addendum: He did not exceed any salon standard time for hair and beard he finished in standard time. I’ve been fixing appointment directly with him and coming right from the start and no problems have occurred. It is only fair to ask the stylist if his slots are vacant than fix with the front desk and find out they’ve given to somebody else. When you want to convey something to your staff please do so privately not by insulting your customers.

My friend gave me good review about this place and from Bangalore I contacted Anupama and we talked over phone and finally booked an appointment. From the time I reached her place o felt really comfortable and she discussed the color and the haircut. The personal care that I got from here was really awesome. Those who are in Cochin, I would definitely suggest you go and check this salon out.

I absolutely love this place! No place in Kochi has the expertise as the technicians at unbox. The owner Anupama gives the best haircuts as well as being trained under some of the best in the industry. Would never second guess her style advice particularly for colouring and hair styling.

I have been a regular customer here and I'm extremely satisfied with their services. They use good products and the staff is really attentive. Their hairstyling is specially commendable, especially their wacky haircuts and crazy colours. I would personally recommend this place.

I have visited UNBOX Salon 2x now and I have not been disappointed. I received excellent service each time. Haircut and styled my hair and I really love it. Staff are very professional and listens to your desires about the kind of cut and then advises you if it is a good choice or not and what cut really flatters your face. The atmosphere is really friendly. I have not tried the other services yet, but I plan to.
