A very spacious canteen with ample space for parking. Well maintained, helping staff, huge variety of items available. Well mannered, calm n composed staff.
Such a hopeless people working there. They think they are giving something from their own property.i have had such a bad experience.mainly people in the office especially the clerk and the manager dont know to speak properly.i wish my review helps.
Not like ernakulam canteen. Here there is no facilities like ernakulam.staffs think like products are bought from their home.very worst experience with staffs
Very poor service from the staff. They are very arrogant to customers. I won't come anymore to this place. Totally a bad experience. Someone need to teach them how to service customers.
When i go in our turn products are not available.cevilian class 4 emplyes are ruling canteen. Afternoon period products not laying by the staff. Canteen supervision is bad
Most othe employees i behave very nicely. Very few does not know it. They consider themselves like Govt employees. They are forgetting that they are getting pay for their services.
Few of the staff members especially the one standing at the front door and the one who is checking the bill for final disposal need to change their behaviour. They are extremely rude to the customers and was found to be very much interfering in unwanted matters which is not of any concern to them. Each person is assigned a particular job and they should be doing it with polite behaviour and they were found to be very argumentative. Expecting more of customer friendly behaviour from the staff. They should remember that they are paid govt servants and are not doing the charity. These people should be taught basic etiquettes in dealing with the public especially with the old people.
The man standing in front door doesn't know how to behave. Very rude behaviour. He thinks that it is his house. Should avoid these types of people's. The unit run canteen is for ex service men and their families. So they should be respected.
Less rush of people when compared to CSD canteen Kochi. To buy liquor, serving soldiers have to take permission from manger along with your Leave Certificate.
Arrogant staffs.customers are treated as beggars.people who sit especially at the billing needs to understand that these facilities have been provided by the indian government respecting the services of ex- servicemen. They should be treated with respect and gratitude.
Awesome Service for Military and Ex-Miltary staffs. Good Quality of Liquor is the main choice. And Groceries and Electronic products are limited availability. Supermarket is Average as per my Vision.
Very helpful. This place has almost all things of our daily needs. Best quality products will be available at a cheap rate. This place is only for those who has served country as a military and those who is serving too. We can get almost everything form there. Including TV, WASHING MACHINE, REFRACTOR etc. Like that every thing. Very helpful place. Also have quite enough space for parking too.
More customer friendly attitude from the staff required.more politeness in talk and behaviour to customers, especially senior citizens expected. Price of all items for sale may be prominently displayed under each item on the rack. More space for customers to sit and have refreshments in the canteen required. Car, two wheeler parking facility to be improved. Grocery items to be sold with wider choice and selection to customers as seen in leading supermarkets. The same applies to costly items also. Better toilet facilities to be provided to ladies and gents.
Staff are not friendly. The counter clerks need some serious sensitivity training.be they in some foreign country.would have been out of job by now. I saw the counter clerk behaving very rudely to an elderly couple.
Staffs in CSD are at the peak of arrogance. After standing in a que for atleast 1.30- 2hrs to bill the items that we have picked the person at the billing desk somehow manages to make a mistake every single time in the bill. Which on the checking section gets detected and if all this is not bad enough if you go talk to the person at the billing desk he WILL yell at you as if it was your mistake that some mistake has happened in billing. And to correct the mistakes they have committed in billing you have to write a request letter to Canteens manager to get a refund or to change a product that would make purchasing from CSD a day long event, which according to most of the ex-servicemen is an obvious inconvenience and insult.
It is an military estt. It would have been better if the sale is continued without lunch break. The lunch break for different counters may be made at different timings.
Behavior staff very bad and small baby not allowed in canteen kon sa army rule me liga chota bacha canteen me nahi jayaga karke and no complaint book sab log ഗമണ്ടി hai
