Oru kadhai sollattuma. I had a lot of problems with my body weight but, after coming to this gym even though I can't decrease my weight very quickly my movements become very flexible and I became more agile.

This gym have very homely environment and motivates us to workout more.every trainers are very friendly and positive but very strict in our daily workout but caring. All gym mates are welcoming.

From the first day a feel more strength and happiness. The price is very affordable.there is no partiality between different packages they treat us equally. I feel very happy. (but please change the music.it feels boring to hear listen to same song repeatedly)
