Just wowwww! Tried der pazhamkanji and fish chatti choru. Vat to say, its tasty as it looks. Quantity was more enough for one person with reasonable rate. I recommend this spot to dos who crave for authentic chatti choru and pazhamkanji.
It is a very modest place with a limited menu. We tried the pazhamkanji and kappa biriyani. Both were good (I guess not everyone likes the taste of pazhamkanji, but I loved it). It gets busy here, and there is no designated parking, really. It is not pricey.
Wonderful place and very clean and friendly service. We ordered Pazhankanji and side order of beef varuthathu and fish fry. Qty of Pazhankanji with kappa was too good and too filling. Side dishes were tasty and fresh. Ok
This restaurant is overhyped, The items are overpriced. However the ambience and service is good. The taste of the items are not unique. ' Pazhamkanji' with little tapioca costs 100 rupees simply looting,
We ordered Chattichor and the quantity was great and the quality amazing. Lesson learnt is that unless you are extremely hungry it's best to order one and share. As delicious as it was I couldn't finish it. The staff is courteous and helpful. They are open till 4pm and have a constant stream of walk ins. A place I will surely visit again.
Bought a fish chatti chor from this place after seeing the reviews but it was really disappointing experience. None of the curries were tasty. Had to wait for 15 mins to get the parcel but the wait was not worth at all. Surprising that their fish fries were not tasty at all. I havent tried anything else from them but with the chatty chor experience I prefer not to try anything else from them.
This place is different from other similar restaurants. They have traditional Kerala style tasty food combos that cannot be find anywhere else (at least in its neighborhood). Food is served fresh and in enough quantities. Some dishes are unique to this place. Worth visiting
മലയാളീസ് authentic cuisine place. Place for Chattichoru, kappayum beefum, pazhamkanji, and kerala lunch. It's haevy but really tasty, You will never get disappointed
It is a tasty food. But the food is not worth the money. The earlier rate could have been adjusted. But now not adjusted. Rs. 100 for a fish fry. Pazhankanji 100 rupee. Fish fry is a terrible loss. Kanji is Rs. 80 and fish fry (choora) is Rs. 60 maximum.
We ordered chattichor from there. We asked them to put small quantity of rice as we dont want to waste food. Still that quantity was too much for us. When we saw the menu we planned to have chattichor and kappa biriyani but after having chattichor we were full. So didn't go for kappa biriyani
The food they provided was of average quality, the tast was very normal. Will not personally recommend. And it is over priced for the kind of food that they provide. Can be just considerd as a normal option, nothing special. Service is also too average
I had Chatti Choru 3 times frm here. But Never ever had such a awesome lunch in Kerala. Superb Taste. Thanku you very much for serving us such a delicious Chatti Choru. Guys Atleast vist once there. Many more items to try.
Tried pazhankanji and beef chattichoru. Both were yummylicious. The only problem is the remote location.it would be great if you people could start one near to kollam town.
