Had an excellent experience with Utsav, they have vast collection of designer party wears. I really appreciate the guidance and patience of Arya Bala, Seena Benny and manager Belram for the whole processs (selection, trial and alteration). New to this kind of experience. One of the best Wedding destinations in Kerala. The showroom has got Wide variety of lehengas, sarees etc. The staff (seena benni) was friendly made me feel at ease and comfortable.

I worked with Joji at Utsav to create my bridesmaids outfits. She did a great job with helping me create a beautiful outfit for my girls to wear at my wedding. Not to mention, we were in India for 2 weeks, so we had limited time and still she completed them in time! She also was communicating with me on WhatsApp to make the process more seamless and easy to communicate. The blouse was gorgeous and the skirt was the exact color I wanted. She then packaged each outfit perfectly with the bridesmaids name on it so it was easy to give out. Overall, great experience and would recommend! Additionally, staff was super easy going and kind.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Navya and Sreeja kannan for their very honest, professional, personable, and thoughtful assistance to me while shopping for my wedding dress. She heard my taste choices, sincerely directed me to the right variety, offered her sincere opinion when asked (no fake trying to please the customer just for a sale, greatly appreciated!), and was just an easy person to work with who gave me the comfort in finding what I needed! And I did! First dress I tried on! Did try a number of others as well! A very happy customer! Thank you!

I had a very good experience with the shop and especially the staffs.
Really good service and stitching also really superb.
But one thing i need to mention is their payment. They really do demand the full payment before stitching and I feel really bad about that. Please do work it out.

Good collections. For both casual wear and party wear. But didn't find a lot of contemporary designs. Felt everything was pretty normal looking.

It is a bit pricey. But comparing to the quality and customer service provided I think this is the go to shop for bridal dresses in kochi!

I had my wedding blouse and reception gown done from utsav and the quality of designs, stitching perfection and the woven handworks are impeccable!
Special mention to Jojimol for helping me out with the designs. They do have a good collection of running fabrics as well and the service they provide is outstanding. Thank you Utsav!

Got my wedding gown designed and stitched from Utsav. Designer Seena and team did a pretty good job. So happy and satisfied.

Got my wedding lehenga from here and gave it to stitching here itself. They ruined the look of my lehenga with very ignorant and careless stitching. Also charged a hectic amount for it. Very irresponsible. Thanks for ruining it. Super disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Flew from States and bought couple of materials and had a designer at the store help with design and stitching. Stitching came out horrible. Disappointed now, flying back tomorrow.

I have gone there multiple times for my customized outfit.earlier there service was so good.there were good designers too.they were too professional. But now it is worst.no good designers. I gave one of my skirt I have stitched there for alteration.they were not at all ready to do that. I went there multiple times to make it ready.finally I got it back but it became too short for me so that I cannot wear it. They also removed the hangings in the skirt. I asked for them.they said sorry and they don't know where it is? Then I asked for a new one because the (designer) only missed it.she said shedon't have that.she was in a hurry to send me out with that skirt.very bad service.fed up with them.

Staffs are not corteous.only very few staffs have that customer care values.very bad attitude that really irritates a customer.would be really great if they can be trained enough to support customers.

Please Dont go for stitching there, the designer is someone who doesn't know how to provide service to their customer, very bad experience and the dress they stitched not according to the measurement we given and the way the one who named "Designer of utsav". She reacted to our concern is like she is the only designer in the world & yaa she knowsss everythingggg! Haha we paid money and when we say its not according to the measurement the reaction of the designer was priceless. Lolll. Guys keep it in mind very bad customer service they given
"when we purchase things from shops their attitude & Actions like """Angels"""" and when we go with our concerns they like 'Devils coming from Hellll. From my experience please dont go there for any purchase or stitching, why should we take chance for our money and time!

Very bad customer service. Especially the designer. They wre unable to deliver the dress on tym and according to our requirements And the designer's behaviour towards the customer is really pathetic

If I could leave no stars I would. They lie to customers. Their clothes are damaged beyond repair. We bought an outfit (over 8000 rs) on the guarantee that the damage would be repaired. We informed them that we needed the outfit within 2 days for a party. When we arrived to pick up the outfit, the damage was still on the outfit and they told us there was nothing they could do. They then offered us 500 rs to settle the damaged outfit. Foreigners and locals beware. POOR QUALITY HORRIBLE SERVICE.
