Ordered a chicku shake, it is pathetic, no chicku at all, and no sugar. Just like raw frozen milk.

Today my visit really enjoyed. Neet and clean everywhere keep it guy’s food’s also yummy. Specially shake also very good we try three flavors amazing the taste

Too much time for preparation
I had ordered alfaham & it was pakka waste, it wasn't burned enough
They charged extra cost for mainaisse
Even a simple lime may take 30 mins to deliver

I willnot come here again

Terrible experience.
Ordered a blueberry salad for 120 rs and they served the thing in a freaking paper cup. Yeah, in a disposable cup with their logo on it. Extremely disappointed. What are they even doing if they can't even serve a dish worth its value in a presentable manner? Never going back there. It's daylight robbery.

The restaurants ambience is really good.
But there's a lot to improve in some of the dishes that uvvaa serve.

Porota, Texas alpham, schezwan chicken, and Lotus biscoff shake was good.

Perry Perry alpham and peanut butter shake was not good. Especially Perry Perry chicken.very bad.

Hope you guys consider this and make necessary changes.

Ambience is good but everything else is blah. Pizza was horrible btw. It was cold and we got it within minutes after our order. Would never go back

It's one of the best restaurant in the area because of their taste.
They have amazing pasta and pizza. With a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The only problem I had is the quantity wasn't enough for the price. Though tasty a little more quantity would be appreciated

On 18th dec, 22 ordered Cappuccino, which was not hot. Sad
Ordered for snickers shake and got snickers juice. No consistency

Good food but very bad delivery service.literally took 2 hours to deliver my food eventhough the distance was very short.pls dont use their delivery service.

It was awful.we had ordered KFC and it was dried and cold.we also had ordered white pasta and on the menu it said it was very creamy but it wasn't creamy at all.it was very bad and we had an awful experience.it was also very late to be delivered

The food was tasty and the ambience was good but me and my friend got stomach issues after eating. We had lunch from there, I had a chicken wrap and my friend had a chicken sandwich and our stomachs bloated till the next day. We were not able to eat anything after having just one wrap/sandwich for a day. The symptoms continued for 2-3 days. I hope ours was just random case and they are not adding any additives to it. We are not daring to visit again

I would give this restaurant 4 stars as both the interior and ambience are too good. The menu is limited but very unique when compared to other restaurants in the area. The price is a bit higher than average but not too high. The pasta and club sandwiches are great but the burgers still need improvements.

Very good ambience first and the coffee and sandwiches are extra ordinary in its taste, and very good places to visit for the travellers who passes by.

Uvva Cafe is the only option available around the pazhayangadi region for celebrating our special moments with pretty good food and atmosphere. The service is also delightful and very professional. I would like to come back here again and again.

The ambience and Interior are too good. But limited food options on the menu. And many of the listed dishes on the menu are not available.
They have only chicken dish options.

Fairly decent place. Above average food. You do have better options in Kannur, but for this location this is a good option.

I guess these people doesn't know how the items listed in menu really looks like or how it taste like
Whatever items ordered was a BIG FLOP.

1- The food was fine. Not too good, or too bad. Just fine. I ordered a pizza, the base felt like it was a readymade frozen one, it was breaking into pieces in each bite.
2- Poor customer service. Last week, i had called them to make a reservation and as I knew I would reach in 20 minutes and didn’t want to wait longer for the food, i asked if I could order through call. The person who attended the call informed me that’s not possible, and when i said i am going to order pizza and I would have to just for 20 minutes in the cafe for the food to be ready, the guy said yes you will have to. Yeah, that’s how much they value, theirs and their customers time.

Extremely poor service, that too twice.
The food is great, but it takes more than an hour to get it on your table. Even when you point it out to the staffs, expect no reply.

My humble advice to the readers, DO NOT VISIT HERE WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY.
Please fill your tummy either from home or anyother cafe, then come here wait for a good 2-3hours (which is their normal waiting period i guess) and then taste their food.

Good ambiance. Good food. Enough parking slot. Hygienic. But, they should maintain professionalism in customer care and service. They should train their suppliers and organize the order management properly. Rest all fine.

Very much delay in table cleaning, order taking, food serving and almost for everything except printing the final bill

Waiters are hiding them self inside the kitchen? , more than 30 minutes to get the first item served in the table, they serve the starters after main course, why its calling starter then? After the food another half an hour to get the drinks served (even we order it before the starters).

On the disappoinment we couldn't enjoy the food they served,

Not recommended at all, visit if you are ready to kill your time, don't take your children's with you.

I am putting this review sitting inside the cafe. Cafe looks good with good lighting. Price seems to be ok, but quality of the food and service is below average. We ordered classic burger and couple of milk shakes. It took almost 20 minutes to deliver the burger which was cold. After eating the burger, we had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the milk shakes to get supplied. We even had to remind the same.

Some of the items were unavailable on the menu. I was really looking forward to having some freshly brewed coffee as it is not easy to find it in my town. The coffee turned out to be not great as the coffee beans were clearly over roasted and tasted burnt. The quality of your beverage turns out to be really low compared to your expectations. Can do better.

Overall setup was good.
Felt architecture similar to bier garten blr.

Price was affordable.

Overall food items is ok.

Very nice place.good food, good ambiance.good for families. First time I went there, their first anniversary celebs were going on, and they had a small event with a nice band going on.it was really fantastic

Food quality is just average. Staff behavior is just ok they need to be little more polite with customers. Parking fascility is just pathetic. Yesrerday when I was about to take the car out from parking slot I could see some one else parked his car infront of mine and it took nearly 15 minutes to identify the owner of the car. I should not blame the customer for this indescent behavior. The hotel staff /security should make sure that customers wont be having issues with parking. Its a clear indication that they dont care about their customers.

Their chicken broast and pizzas r yummy! Must try.very friendly staff, good ambience, and delivery is quick.

A really nice place to enjoy your evening. Good lighting, soft music and minimalistic decor creates a good ambience. Food quality is also good. What impressed me the most is their flexibility to customise the dish. I wanted to have a vegetarian dinner so asked if they could customise their hawaiian pizza to a veg one, to which they agreed and it tasted really good. I ordered a number of dishes out of which their pizza and frapuccino stood out to be the best.
Only one issue - service is a bit slow which gives it a low point but they all are polite and warm to customers. I had a lot of time so it didn't bother me that much.

If you are looking for a place with good ambiance and food with quantity this is the exact places to visit

They literally ruined my kid’s birthday! Promising something and delivering something else. We have requested them to take the order only if they can prepare full fondant cake, else we will give the order to our closest friend (who do normal cakes). They promised they will do full fondant. We sent the picture with the cartoon character that we wanted. We asked to send the picture before delivering but they didnt. They delivered the cake, collected 3800 rupees and left. When we opened the package box, we were completely lost! It was a normal cream cake with stickers around! What a joke! Instead of the red car cartoon character they kept some cheap small toy car on top. When we called them they were arguing we never requested for full fondant cake. Thank god we had watsapp chat history and we sent the proof. After 4 calls and speaking them for a long time, they said they will give some discount (which we didnt get till now; 5 days passed) This is not about some discount. Its all about a 2 year olds birthday and the expectations of a parent to celebrate that was shattered in seconds. Never ever recommending this service to anyone for custom cakes! If you cant do it, dont promise it. There are better options elsewhere!

Tatsty food, (chicken chilly, Pepper beef, Chicken fried rice, Rumaly roti) Hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. Time for preparing the food is little bit high. Very very small parking space.

I just love the interior, got such a nice view both inside and outside, its a best place for capturing good photos, also the food its too worth of it, i just love the white sause pasta, and the jumbo wrap, thats yummand then the mojios too i love that
