shopping atmosphere is also nice, price is good everything is good except the staffs, staffs are terrible, unprofessional and doens't value customer's time and takes too much time do make a Billing, and no change of this situation for ever since,
good quality employees are always an asset to any corporation and need to train and manage staffs in an efficient and professional manner

Good: We will get major Medical Equipment's and Health care Products from here. Home delivery is there and we can pay online also.
Bad: Very poor service from Pharmacy Section. Collection of Prescription, Billing, Payment etc.takes too much time. And to get the medicines after payment, customer need to wait for long and long. Appreciate if Management can do the needful to improve Pharmacy service. Best wishes.

One of the best medical shopping center in kunnamkulam. You will get very good discount on each products. We were very much satisfied on their products and services so far. However, I want to share a bad experience about one of their product which we bought last week. That was a rash cream for our baby. We were actually looking to get 1 sebamed rash cream but their lady staff persuade us to buy mustella rash cream. She said this is the best cream imported from Australia and all of their sebamed customers are now prefering this brand. So we took her advise and bought one cream for our child. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with this product. We have applied this cream on our baby for a week time but it didn't make any difference on the rashes. We have approached vcare shop kunnamkulam again and shared our experience with their staffs. They said we can't do anything on this matter. We didn't make any arguments however we felt very much disappointed with their response. The Frustrated thing in this matter was ; we were very much satisfied on sebamed cream and we were looking for that brand only but their lady staff's persuation changed our mind and decided to go for this stupid mustella cream. Any way we wanted to make few suggestions here ; advise your staffs; don't try to do upselling when customer knows their preferences. When customer wants to shop alone, please don't go behind them to make more sales.

Purchased prescription medicines for my sister was not mentioned to dissolve in water. She took directly and had some issues. It was not dispensed by pharmacist. Any one can arrange medicines but should be checked by qualified person. No quality service. Spoke to them. They are unaware of double checking medicines. Not v care, Y care
