Poor customer service nit even ready to check the products is there or not new staff is searching everywhere other 2 staffs were standing with any customer browsing through the internet other stuffs such a pathetic Service
It doesn't matter if you pick up the phone here, you'd better pick it up online, they don't even know how to behave with the customer, they try to pick up the phone saying that the display piece is not there. Worst experience ever experienced in my life. Owner better change employee! They don't know specs too.
I purchased a vguard mixer from this store based on their staff's recommendation 2 months back. They claimed that its a good quality product and that I would get good after-sales service as well. Also, this was a slightly expensive model compared to the regular ones but since the salesman recommended it, I purchased it without any doubt. This supposedly "quality" product died just after 2 months due to some motor issues and I am not sure if this is vguard's fault or if venu's provided me with a defective product. Nonetheless I requested a service by contacting the staff at Venu's. It took 2 days for the vguard technician to arrive for home service and after checking the mixer, he informed that it's motor had to be replaced and that it will take 1 week to for them to procure new motor. I informed the same to the staff at Venu's and asked them to follow up and try to speed up the same since it is a big inconvenience to manage without a mixer in the kitchen. They promised me that they will make vguard speed up the process and that they will follow up on the same. Unfortunately, there was no response from vguard or venu's even after 1 week. Each day I had to call venu's and tell them that there is no response from technician and the service is pending. Basically I myself had to make them follow up on the issue. Sometimes they would not even pick up the call and would not contact me back. As of today, it has been around 11 days since I raised the complaint and the mixer is still lying dead here.
I understand that there is also the brand's fault in providing such a poor product and service. But as a customer, we are making such purchase decisions by trusting the staff at stores like these. And hence it is their responsibility to help us and proactively follow up in case of any after-sales issues. However, this was not the case with Venu's and I am highly disappointed.

We purchase three Haier Ac, one Ac not cooling & it’s flap not working. We complained more than one week, but no reply from shop & manufacturers side. I am still hoping they will understand our issues & it will resolve as soon as possible.
One week ago, i purchased Haier Air conditioner from venus digital arcade and assurance given by them about installation was in 4 days, that was the reason why i brought the AC from there.even after 4- 5 days had no response from them.once i called them today; after these many days, their response was quite disconcerting. They said, that day they were said about 7 days of installation time. I realised the fact that all consumers had the same problem about AC from venus, once i checked all other reviews.
Very bad service and experience. I have purchased Haier A/C 1.ton from Westfort branch on last week.on the time of delivery the sales person and manager committed to delivery and installation within 3 days. I received the A/C within 3 days but the installation not completed within the time. After 3 days i called Westfort branch and enquired but the installation but they respond irresponsibly about the matter. It continues last three days and still the installation is pending. I feel very bad experience from the customer care executive they cannot respond responsibly. I think why should they go for such irresponsible department. I purchased the same A/c because of the only one reason that the sales executive ensure the installation should be done within 4 days.
Very bad service wh en the customer need to return back or exchange the items that time only this people real character come out very bad behavior and same like they are same like wild

Bad experience.i had a very bad experience with the company.very bad and ugly customer service from the staffs as well as the manager side. Its not a fare place for a great deal.they are the cheaters of 3rd class. Not recommended. Don't expect over from there.
Very poor service I have purchased voltas AC 1.5 ton from here on 16/03/2022. After installation ac worked for 2 hours and it automatically switch off and showing ERROR 1.
Bought a phone yesterday. When asked about the phone they never mentioned about the poor camera quality. Totally disappointed. Do proper research before buying a phone otherwise u will be cheated
With utmost disappointment I am writing this. Thid shop is not good at getting headsets. They have only old stocks and gets damaged soon. I brought a wireless bluetooth headset from syska brand and it lasted only for two months. It was costed around 1.3k. Then I went for replacement and they said they have to check from service centre. The problem was one ear was not working. I got to have continuous follow up with them and their staffs were least interested. Finally Igot one after 3 weeks of discussion. They had it in their stock and they were refused to replace.
After some days the replaced one got damaged and when I reported they admitted and they confessed that they have old stocks.
Please don't buy any headsets or other ancillary items from them.
Totally disappointed and never recommend this shop to anyone.
