No better place to stay in Fort Kochi for a small family / group (upto 6 people)! The hosts are amazingly polite and helpful, and the rooms are super well maintained!

Could not have had a better stay. This place is beautiful, close to shopping and restaurants, but is tucked away enough so you feel like you're going home at the end of the day. Evita and her family were so kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again! My friends and I came for the Biennale and had an amazing time, and we were very grateful to have this place to ourselves. The little covered patio area is so nice to have breakfast and coffee in the morning too!

Located right in the middle of everything, this house somehow still manages to remain isolated from the hustle bustle of the city. Though we only stayed there for 1 night, everything was smooth and easy, right from checking in to arranging food and the necessary cutlery and breakfast and checkout the next day. The hosts were really nice and obliged all our needs. They even gave us a slightly late check-out even without us mentioning it to them beforehand.

Superb experience staying at Verdant Heritage Bungalow, we had the entire upper floor to ourselves. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and hospitable - the breakfast Jacqueline aunty served was the best you can get in town. Definitely recommend this for families/friends looking for a private space to occupy.

Nothing defines homestay better than the hospitality Jacquilne and Evita provided us over the weekend we fortunately decided to stay at their place.
The bungalow is so centrally located at Fort Kochi yet at a calm and serene environment.

Verdant bagalow. It was really beautifull days we spent there. Hosts were simply superb. The food they served! Even now i can feel the taste. Such a calm place. There is no other better option. Loved it.

Couldn't have chosen a better place within this budget. Antony, Jaqlin, and Evita were so hospitable. They were always available incase we needed any guidance. Rooms were just like in the images!
The typical Kerala breakfast was just the cherry on top.

Perfect little getaway home for anyone looking for a cosy and authentic Kerala experience. Tucked in between a lot of greenery this 125 year old establishment is a delight in terms of accessibility, feasibility and over all customer satisfaction and service.

Anthony and his family are absolute gems. Their breakfast is straight up a 10/10 and their hospitality is incomparable. We got a small issue with regard to the electricity resolved by Anthony at 2 am in a few minutes. Best hosts you can ask you. Hands down.

It was absolutely delightful to be Jacqueline and Erita's guest. The mother-daughter duo will leave no stone unturned to make your stay a "home stay". They were familiar and humble, resourceful and communicative. My daughter was the talkative and inquisitive one between the three of us, always asking for things to do, places to go. She gelled so well with Jacqueline's daughter Erita it was heartening to have such a homely experience in spite of being a tourist in Kochi, we didn't feel like it. You have to stay here if you are in Kochi, I promise you'll have a vacation home tucked away in the coolest part of Fort Kochi by the end of your visit.
