Worst experience ever. A person named Arun was assisting me and had worst experience from him. Very pathetic.

They have always providing wrong information to their clients and simply reject all claims. They will provide initial approval but while uploading final bill they will reject all claims. They have waiting period one year for some cases for eg: Kidney stone and all. If these types of deceases are not covering under policy they would have inform us while submitting approval request. They will not do that and they will provide initial approval also.don’t know why they are providing initial approval and all. This company dragged me in to financial debt and mental tension.

Pathetic and worst service. They are not even eligible for one star. They first approve and then reject your cashless claim. Would not ever recommend to anyone in my lifetime.

Loyal and honest to their insurance companies and not to poor insurers, They search for reasons and investigate how to reject claims of HDFC Retiries.

I don't know about others experience, my experience is still now happy, I don't know about in feature, and I have to pass one information for the Vidal insurance higher authority, Vasantham hospital nagercoil submitting fake bill to your department to claim lot of money. Billed fake medinice count and not yet used that medicine and asked us to give it in work station. So please beware of this hospital.

Very bad service. Dont go with there insurance. While claiming they have an error and they are complaing on hospital insurance desk

No way to track the progress of the claim. Login not supported in website/mobile.
You wont even get call/SMS when the claim gets rejected. We need to sit on their useless website and provide the policy number and keep clicking "Track" on a daily basis.

Worst service ever. They simply reject all the claims. And doesn't care for anyone. They are just greed of money. They will be very soft, until we take a claim, and after that, when we are trying to claim for a hospitalisation, they become hard. They simply reject everything from the bills. They had rejected my doctor's consultation fees which was paid for the hospitalisation. Such an idiots, don't know what to approve and reject. All they know is to reject.

Can we have a 0 star option to rate? Pathetic services from Vidal. They made me walk for almost 3,4 months saying silly silly reasons. First they said amount approved, then they told me that they rejected it, for a reason they could find in a week. Please don't waste your money with this company

Pathetic, useless TPA. The patient admitted in the hospital ICU under observation. The TPA rejecting the claim saying oral treatment only. Hospital clearly communicated of inpatient and surgery management. Useless fellows. -10 rating

Worst service. No one picks calls. They simply disconnect calls. Greivances mechanism is always error.something less than a single star rating should be available for them.

Thanks vidal for full insurance approval for b anjiyoplasty for my mother in law, it was hassel free and quick once again thanks a lot it was a great relief for us.

Useless insurance agency. Nobody should opt VIDAL. Fruad. Nothing can be claimed. Our premium is real waste. Nobody attending any phone. All fruad phone No's.
