Budget friendly neat and clean hotel with swimming pool. Away from the crowded beach properties and the service part is perfect.

Rooms are nice and spacious, but the hotel is not nearer to beach. You have to climb up to reach the hotel from beach. Also there is no security in entrance gate and it remains open always. We felt unsecured in night as there were almost no guest in hotel. May not be perfect for family accommodation. But for bachelors, it is somewhat okay and cost effective.

Hotel is overall 3.5 star as the rooms are spacious, service is also pretty much good however it is not accessible to the sea beach ️️. You have to walk at least 700-800 metres to reach the beach. Limited parking space available, have to adjust little bit if you are travelling with a SUV.

Clean and comfortable hotel few 100 meters away from the beach. 13 rooms, pool, compact dining roof and friendly local staff team lead by Saji. 3 to 4 cars parking, nearby shops, less than a km to lighthouse beach. Value for money.

A decent place at walkable distance from the Kovalam beach. It also has a cute little pool.

Less hygiene and not functioning bathrooms. We didn't even get a recipient for oru payments. Charges are very high.

This is the perfect budget hotel for a weekend getaway in Kovalam, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, we enjoyed a lot with my family and friends

Because the room was so good and breakfast so tasty and the people were very copretive and good to talk to them

Very nice to stay near beach location, rooms are comfortable, further improvement required in breakfast service and also
1. Sleepers required for bathroom.
2. Slools in bathroom for bath.
3. Mosquito (due to greanary) control treatment for outdoor seating area.
