We have ordered Sadhya for 300+ pax from Vijayalakshmi for our office event. The food was so authentically Kerala style, and the service was excellent. They are the real professionals, and I recommend them for all of your future functions.

Bad experience. They delivered Onam sadhya two hours late and that too without rice. They don't even attend the calls.

Terrible experience, ruined our Onam celebration. Food was ordered for 12 noon but we got it at 2.15 pm. They have not been picking our calls since yesterday and finally when we got them on line, they mentioned they had reached closeby. We waited for another 30 mins and they again mentioned about some lame excuse for the delay. Finally when they reached, they had forgotten the most integral part of sadhya, RICE! They had forgotten to bring rice and brought the same after making us wait for another 20 - 25 mins. We finally had to order from elsewhere. They clearly ruined our onam celebrations. Never ever going to recommend them to anybody and warning to those placing an order through them - make sure they pick your call & make sure they bring all items in the sadhya. Also the staff was quite shameless about the whole incident. No apologies and no regrets on their side.

Wish I could select no stars. We had ordered a sadhya for our office onam celebrations. Firstly, the food came 2 hours late, secondly when the food made its Grand entrance, there was no rice! Alas.so hear out, if you want a delayed sadhya and want to eat it without rice, and to tolerate no response from them when you call to enquire about ur food when u are super hungry, do order from them! Very tasty food and payasam and quantitywise and qualitywise excellent food. The payasam is too yummy.last eid -ul-fitre we buy sadya parcel and it was too good.

Ordered Ona Sadya for 300 persons in the busiest Onam Season. It was amazing as always, as usual PALADA was the highlight. Super tasty sadya, excellent service. THE BEST CATERING IN COCHIN FOR SADYA. Keep up the good work guys. EXCELLENT!

We made a horrible mistake of ordering Onam Sadhya from them. There is not a singe staff who was responsible enough to answer the calls or give us proper updates. The Sadhya that was supposed to be delivered at 12.00PM was still stuck at Thevara around 1.45 PM. Around 2 PM the people were still stuck at Thevara. Much to our disappointment the food was delivered without Rice at 2.15 Pm. Now can anyone imagine our plight? The staff was not sure whether rice was there to start with. The beleaguered delivery boy with hesitant voice claimed that Rice could be there in the van which is stuck at Thevara. (Wow.) Brilliant Job People.

Horrible service. Did not pick up calls. I pray for all the future customers health and safety.

I always prefer sadya to Biriyani if the catering done by Vijayalakshmi.

Prompt service, tasty food, they will supply at home for a nominal rate even if the food is for a small function.
We had a small function at home and food was required for only 30 people, no caterers were ready to accept that order.a friend of mine suggested Vijayalakshmi Caterers.they supplied the food in time to our home. They came back at evening to collect the utensils. I am satisfied with their service.
