Last week I just saw these villas, It's just Ok, But, the price is too high and unworthy.
The customer service is very poor, they are not treating well to the customers.

Will not recommend this place for family particularly, Service, and facilities are extremely poor. No food was available in the location, everything had to be ordered from outside, even if you needed bottled water. Just one pillow is provided and no extra...

* Private water falls
* Nature Pond
* Good Service
* Good food

A gated community which has row houses. Much more development should be seen for the working public.
Infrastructure has to be developed. There is a security man. Nearest junction- memankulam.

An absolutely clean and beautiful done up stay with a great view. The rooms were pleasantly done with all required amenities. We were provided a great dinner and yummy authentic breakfast with tea. Mr. Naseer was a lovely host. No second thoughts go ahead...

Safe and quiet area, decently maintained. The only problems are narrow roads and lack of space for guest vehicles.

A villa establishment that gives proper privacy to its residents. A perfect place if you wish to stay close to the city but hate traffic noises.

Very good ambience. Gated community. No security but a sweet and secure place to stay.
