Got the breakfast take away for family and it was disappointing. Egg curry was bland. Appam was mixed or fermented too much it was sour. Neyi Roast was fine. Cost of the food is too much and doesn’t meet any quality. This is not first time it’s always same. We have bought 6-7 times different orders nothing ever changed. People who want to survive for the time being can go and have. Rest of them please check some other outlets.

This is a bakery cum restaurant in Pandalam. Their food, while decent, does not quite meet expectations and is somewhat overpriced. As for their service, it is satisfactory but could certainly benefit from some improvements. One area that particularly stood out is the cleanliness inside the shop, which could use some attention. Overall, though they have room for improvement, this place does offer a fair dining experience.

The service at this restaurant is pathetic. Nothing else mattered beyond this point. The food is expensive and okay. The staff seemed to have a bad day, hampering their service quality. They don’t have the patience to listen to customers. The food arrived after almost 45 min. The washroom was stinking and leaking all over. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Bad experience. The waiter took my order and made me wait for half an hour finally they said the dish I ordered is over. The interesting fact is that they served the same dish to a guy who came after me. They wanted me to order what they have. Very bad experience

Good resturant near pathalam. The restaurant is open from early morning till night. Breakfast is served at this restaurant. Good for families and groups. Restrooms are available. You can find a parking spot either on the road or infront of the shop. Space for 2 cars are available infront of the shop. Dosa varieties, appam, porotta etc were vailable for breakfast during my visit.

Pathetic customer service. I have to wait 30 minutes to get a couple of ghee roasts. Washrooms are not clean. Food is below average. Best to avoid this restaurant if you are looking for vegetarian food.

Great food, reasonably priced. Akhil was really professional and polite. Would highly recommend this place.

Food is below average. Problem with the hygiene, plates are not cleaned properly, spider Web, smell from the wash room.

Eat chappathi and mushroom masala both are bad. I asked them why they serve tea in paper cup, they replied after corona customers demands paper cups for tea. But all staff ar not wearing mask and hot water giving me in glass cup. I feel very bad for that.

Good food and reasonable charges. Nice restaurant while traveling to Trivandrum via MC Road.

Had a worst experience on 22nd April 2022 ie today.since there was no menu card I asked the owner, uncle, could you please tell whatever is available to eat he said the items, I said am waiting for my family members let them come post which we will order, he said okay. Later my family members came to the hotel wherein I once again asked the owner uncle to repeat the items.he stated Aunty, why should I repeat again and can't you see that am on another call. I asked him, is this the way you behave with your customers and walked out of that worst hotel ie Vinayaka Bakery & Restaurant today.without having food, so basically the staffs and owners are very rude, worst experience.

Note: He called me Aunty just because I called him uncle.since he was of my Dad's age I called him uncle in a polite manner but his ego was hurt and hence he called me Aunty wherein am of his daughters age.

Very poor customer service! We had to keep them reminding of our order. After a long wait we were served cold chapatis and parathas. The gravies tasted average. The meals were not upto mark. One or the other thing would be missing. The worst part is when you check with the owner he has an attitude of his own. I heard him saying ' this is all we can do '. For the price that we paid, we had zero satisfaction!

Above 4 rating previously. Restaurant had fabulous history which faded post pandemic.dipped to average restaurants in pandalam.recently took out Shavarma and Alfaham in which ratings like 5 and 2 respectively.

Came with family. Worst attitude from people working there. I asked what are things available and based on that we went in ad they kept us waiting for 30 minutes and came back and sad items are not available. Everyone sitting there were complaining about different things. Worst place to eat food
