My experience at VLCC elamkulam was brilliant and really worth it. The customer service I received there was comforting and amiable. The clinic has been maintained in a really hygienic manner. Would recommend it to customers seeking hair botox treatment especially.

I booked in for pumpkin peel and hydra facial. I couldn’t see any results just a waste of money. I feel the staffs are not trained to the minimum standards. I’m very disappointed with their service. Pls go to authorized skin clinics for such advanced treatments. This is a scam I wish I got a refund.

The worst clinic ever. Please never go here. I paid for my laser session for face and the results were not satisfactory. The worst part was in my last session I received a burn which is still on my face after half a year. They don't give any refund or compensation. So I transferred the amount to my mother. She did face contouring and now she got discoloration on her face which is not going. Now my mother has to undergo new treatments to treat the pigmentation which was caused by their treatment. I already connected with the mail and customer care given in replies to many reviews but they are saying this branch is not original VLCC, it is just a franchisee and they are not responsible.

MUST Read: Having been a client with VLCC across multiple cities for over nine years, I can tell you with conviction that I haven’t dealt with the worst VLCC Center like this one. I have been a client with them for over six months, and this note is based on my collective experience, and today I have to write. At inception, they are excellent in their marketing skills and give you all false assurance of how you respond to the treatments. They will have you buy these packages without a trial, and then you are locked with your money and the Center. Then after much effort, I was able to convert the services to another area of requirements, and of course, then they will charge at their convenience. Even with thousands of rupees from clients, the place is mostly a one-person show or trainees. If the therapist is on leave or not coming to work, all their appointments get rescheduled. The center didn't even respond to calls for weeks as their employee had left the center, and they had to hire an external person for the services for which they had already taken the money. With much effort, if you make an appointment, the Center has no respect for your time. Not even a person came to inform us that the services were delayed or displayed basic mannerisms. Most of the time, I witnessed how hostile the place was; the staff mainly talked negatively about the administration and their senior management. Today, while seated at the reception, I could hear someone giving feedback loudly to another employee (How a client gets treated is exactly how you treat your employees). I have never seen such things at any other Center! I will be sending a personal note to Ms. Luthra on my experience and how her brand is being damaged.

Also, the @wellnesscare email is bogus. They always ask you to write and then they will never get back to you. So it’s a very organised scam.

VLCC was a good brand, but now they do the worst service in this industry. They say what they cannot do. Online customer care people are worst.

Had visited yesterday, Thank you Jaya for the experience. The facial massage was really destressing. Will be visiting you again.

I had the worst ever experience from VLCC Elamkulam branch.
Inspite of paying a hefty amount for skin treatment, the procedure was done by a beautician who is not qualified for doing that particular treatment.

At the time of appointment and payment i was clearly told by the Centre head that all the procedures will be done by a doctor (which is exactly why I wanted to do it from VLCC who charges almost the double for the treatment. But to my shock it was not) I have ended up having a burn near my eye in the first session of my total 5 sessions. This prompted me to discontinue the treatment and i opted to get the refund of the amount I paid.
I felt cheated as i was told that Doctor would be doing the treatment and ended up just as how i never wanted it to be.

Now, even after a month and a half, i have not received any refund and got call from Ms. Nidhi informing that refunds cannot be processed as per their company policy.

Instead they are offering me some services free of charge and is asking me to change centre if i am not happy.

I have choosen this location as per my convenience and if they can't provide proper service, they should refund the amount. This particular lady from customer care department doesn't have any quality of a customer care executive, she is just an annoyed voice forcing to set her rules on the customer.
Hence i request each and everyone of you to never go to VLCC for any treatment.all the positive comments are either from the staffs or their friends.

I took an appointment for saree draping for my friends wedding, I was completely disappointed due to their irresponsible behaviour. I made sure that I gave the saree a day before by 1pm to pre-drape, so that on the wedding day I can fasten the process as I had very less time. But they were relectent to do it and the excuse was that they didn't have the time to drape it due to other appointments. They literally put the saree on me without even ironing or pleating it. Due to this lack of professionalism, I was late for the wedding and missed a perfect moment of the function.
I am highly disappointed by their service and will not recommended to anyone.
Kindly consider your clients much more seriously.

I did keratin treatment last week. My stylist was Mrs Jaya. She did an amazing job on my hair and was very friendly and professional. And the ambience of the salon was also nice.

Dr Shruti at Vlcc was my doctor.she holds an great experience in her stream and is very soft spoken. Since the moment I was referred to her she attended me very comfortably and professionally. This is undoubtedly the best place for your skin and skincare needs. The services provided by the center are top notch and cutting edge. The environment is highly professional and state of the art services are delivered at very affordable rates. I would highly recommend Dr. Shruti and the rest of the team.

Doing DIC at VLCC. Attended skin and makeup class. All classes are very informative. Practical section are really helpful and helps in improving confidence level.

The service is good, but there is a lot of overselling. They only offer the expensive the options. Unless one knows their way around, could be an expensive affair.

I would highly recommend a treatment called Bamboo Treatment which is really good for all muscular pain and relaxing your body. The service is extremely good and efficient. Ideal after a marathon or a long cycle ride to get back into shape.

Too bad experience I got from there compared with the charge they imposed. I think as it was an offer they managed in that way.the staff which was assigned for me was less attentive.this made me not to go VLCC Elamkulam again.they were focussing more on the clients who were paying more. I got better experiences from other normal salons.what I got from here was unexpected really.

I did my waxing here. The service was good, waxing was clean and perfect. They offer rica waxing too.

Anu Mathew at the reception offered a package policy including pedicure haircolouring in addition to the facial and haircut. The package policy offer we accepted for Rs 13000/. Then she asked us to do a pre session of facial and haircut on the visit day itself and promised to do a final session of the package policy few days later. I was inveigled into accepting the package because of misrepresentation and miscommunication which is tantamount to cheating.
To a great surprise the assistants there did some costly expensive items on final day without consulting us and Anu Mathew demanded for an additional amount of around Rs 11000 more. An amount of full coloring and additional expense told was agreed to since this was informed, but without any intimation for facial and pedicure, the huge amount demanded is awful and unreasonable. A prior information and without the intimation to the customer, such a service rendered is
cheating and a way of fleecing people. Though the service was good, am disappointed at unprofessional approach unreasonable behavior.

Their beauty service staff refuse to work post 5: 46PM. They only insist on coming the next day to suit their convenience.

Excellent place for skin, face and hair treatment. Good staff and very good service. Ambience and cleanliness are par excellent.

Very unhappy with their services. Still have credits remaining but realised the fact that it aint worth visiting again. I wonder if i can sell my credits and encash it. Walk the talk
