VPL Hypermart

On a recent visit the cashier asked for my mobile number for the purppse of entering customer loyalty participation. I casually asked how much balance do I have and what benefits it offers and how the system works. The minimum one would need to spent for a reward redumption is by giving them 2lakhs business in a year to earn around 1000 rupees, i.e 0.5%. We cannot redeem it without giving them 2lakhs and the validity is 1year.

I happened to meet the young owner of the shop and shared my thoughts. By and large the system maynot be useful, as majority customers would need to drive down (burning heavy fuel costs to earn 0.5% of their purchase with more conditions attached) avoiding near by supermarkets. The young owner was annoyed and arrogant enough to say, he is doing what he can and just take it or leave it.

Young man you are careless.

Your shop has good features and advantages. We are visiting your shop for the same. However your big attitude to offer limited and unworthy business advantages for customers cannot be hidden for long. Your limited attitude can limit customers from supporting your business too. Please take care.

Hyper mart which provides you all the convenience of shopping your daily needs.staffs are very welcoming.they provide free home delivery.

Good convenient store. Products are available, but you may not find your favourite brands. Essential oil section was way too small with only a couple of brands. Parking available with wheelchair accessible entrance.

It has got everything you would require in a household. Groceries, fruits, vegetables, household items, stationery, cosmetics etc. Got variety of everything, but not all brands.

Not at all happy with their services. Last time I bought malkist cheese Buiscut which had an offer price of Rs. 10. The product with a market price of Rs. 50 was supposed be sold at Rs. 40. But they were unwilling to deduct the amount by saying that the actual price was 60/- and the price given as MRP is the price with the offer.

This supermarket is located in palchuvadu junction!

The coolers (soft drinks) were not filled and were totally blank which would make any customers uneasy! Vegetables were there but of the same results! The staff were friendly and really helpful in sorting things up!
I would say it is a normal supermarket in a big space!
Easily accessible within palchuvadu and near by area!

This shop is located on the Eroor-Vennala road and is easily locatable.
I am disappointed with the variety of products they have as we have only few options on products.
Vegetable section can also be improved by adding more options.
Staffs and service provided are good.

Supermarket which caters to most needs. You will be able to find most things on your list, not all. The layout of the supermarket is confusing though.

One of the best supermarket in palachuvadu. They provide us good quality items. Fresh cut vegetables and meat are also available here. Parking area is very much better than other supermarkets. Staffs are excellent and they deal with us very friendly. I have an excellent shopping experience with this shop. Keep going.

Supermarket is good having wide varieties of needed things also there. But the price is relatively high. Especially the vegitables.

They have mostly everything you expect from a hypermart. Highlight is you can get grated coconut and cut vegetables on request here.

A mediocre one. It got almost all necessary grocery and inevitable vegetables. But dont expect much choices for each item.

Good Hypermart. It's close to our stay. Friendly employees. I got an item defected once (not their fault, as it was not expired). However, when I bought it back, they took it right away without asking the bill and replaced with another. Nice attitude! You almost get everything here.

A very good supermarket in the area. Almost all items are available here. Vegetables are available in washed, chopped and packed manner.

Good option for provisions and supplies for people living around Padamughal-Palachuvadu-Vennala.
Ample parking and good choice of products.

For quick purchasing the VPL is fine other than I don't find much items instead it's really specious in which actually they can include and display more items. Overall fine

I like the fact that they have scraped coconut. Cut vegetables. Peeled garlic. Fresh chicken etc. What I don't like is when we go to weigh the vegetables, they put 2 types of vegetables In One bag. Its so inconvenient. I prefer separate bags for each vegetables like in big supermarkets. They call it hyper mart and act like a small time store.

You get almost everything here, but do check the bill before coming out, they make lot of errors!
