The hotel room was neat, bottled water was provided, clean sheets, pillows, with nice view towards the mango tree yard. To call-out a chance for improvement - start the breakfast timings around 7.30 AM or so.

Very calm place. Customer friendly dealings. The one and only 'Best customer friendly bar' service in Payyannur. Tasty food. Well mannered staff's. They respect customers choice. That's much attracted to me.

A good business class hotel in Payyanur town. Rooms are fine and comfortable.
Close access to the town, a few minutes walk away from noisy areas. Gentle staff and courteous service. Easy access to various surface transportation.

The Bar areas are ok, A/c Bar fine.

No hot water facility. Will provide hot water only in bucket. No freshner in bathrooms. Service is of low standard.

Best services and best hall for business meets with cost effectiveness for all.
At this time, the front side lift speed and sensors are slightly slow, pls check it.it's my feeling. All others are, especially food best sooperb.

Really pathetic experience. We checked-in on 28-10-2023 at 10 pm and we had to vacate the room in half n hour because of the poor service (they didn't give a refund though). The room was not clean, no toilet mat and bedsheets were soiled.when asked to change the bedsheet they shifted us to another room with less soiled bedsheets. They don't provide hot water in bathroom. When asked for, their reply was shocking, the boy in the reception told there are so many  hotels who doesn't provide hot water and If you want we will provide hot water in the morning. The way we were treated in the reception was really frustrating. Then I Googled the reviews on this hotel and from some friends in payyanur, we came to know that even if we ask for hot water in the morning they ll bring after an hour and breakfast also starts late. We had no option other than to vacate. We checked in to JuJu International hotel with all facilities for the same tarrif.

Total disappointment. If you bring kids and babies with you, have to give them a bath in chilled water. The hotel grabs money without giving any facilities. I tried to speak to the in-charge of the hotel but there was no response and no response for my email as well.
Only positive thing about the hotel was the security uncle, he was a nice person.

One of the best stays in town. Enough parking space. Good service. Nice and clean rooms. Recommended.

Service was good. But required some basic amenities like bathroom freshner, everyday water bottle, ironing facilities. Room boy and receptionist were very supportive and good in behaviour.

Very nice and cozy hotel, very nice rooms, and even managers and staffs were very courteous. Services were good and location wise also centrally located. Very good for a vacational family stay. Overall an awesome experience. Thanks.

Washrooms of their banquet hall is horrible.without proper working washbasins, handwash or even a wastebin. Very disappointing
