Vythiri Retreat Resort

Nothing worst i had seen like this resort what i had seen here in Vythiri Retreat Resort. Service to slow like it taking more than an hour to bring one food.
No one can enjoy the place.

Location is very bad

Resort location is at an extremely dangerous way. Travelling by car is a big risk. There is no safety measures taken to reach this resort. Please don't stay here.
Overall room amenities are ok. Risk is to reach this place safely.

Wast of money…. Room - too small…. No A/C……food - very spicy (my kids can’t eat) ……. No network coverage…. No wifi…… no kettle…. No coffee powder’s & related things…. After 11pm no room service’s……
Really Bad experience! Never recommend anyone!

I am so glad this place contacted me when I was calling random hotels and asking for availability.

Getting here was quite a journey but totally worth it. PRO tip: ask them for directions!

The resort is small and therefore accessible but actually feels never ending.

The views are absolutely stunning from here. The room is comfortable even when three share it apart from being extremely airy. I love the seating area outside the cottages! The staff was such a delight and made us feel at home. The food had its secret ingredient of love and of course was very fresh.

If you’re in Wayanad or Vythiri, this place is a must! Can’t wait to be back.

Last week we visited this place with family.place is good.but reaching to this resort will be a challenge.there is a very steep road with sharp right cut to reach the resort.recommended to go with experienced driver.

Rooms are ok but not upto the mark also food is only average I would not recommand the people who travels rented vechile

We liked the ambiance of the resort To reach the place is little difficult. Try to reach here in day time.so it will be easy. Food is served hot and it is tasty. We have to order food for dinner well in advance. Staff is really polite.vally view is beautiful.overall good experience.

I had been to Vythiri retreat resort with my family and pets, it’s one of the best resorts I have been with affordable prices, good food, and beautiful ambience one would want. The staffs are really very friendly and helpful and they make you feel like home. I recommend all to visit this resort, and have great time with your loved ones. I personally thanks Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Manuel for their best customer services provided during our stay at the resort.

Food was okay but I don't have any complaints.my dog was welcomed with open hearts and no judgement was passed. The staff is soft-spoken and pretty naive.
Whenever I am visiting Wayanad next, I am coming back to your property for sure.
The way to reach the property can be modified and fixed a bit but otherwise what a thriller experience

The Vythiri Retreat Resort has small property suitable for family. They have arranged nice stay with some out door and indoor activities. The children have small play area and swimming pool.

Pros:
1. Room is neet and clean
2. Food is good.
3. Staffs are polite.

Cons:
1. Not worth for this much money.
2. To reach the destination is a big task. If you are not an expert driver you will become an expert. The route contain high up and down with very narrow space. Only one vehicle can just move on. If any vehicle comes on opposite side both vehicles will be in trap. I lost my left side rear view mirror hit on some tree part.

It was little difficult to get to this place. Once we were there it felt good. Good service from the staff. Just relax and enjoy the stay. While choosing the package include breakfast and dinner with it.

Really loved the ambiance of the place. To reach the place is little difficult. If you are good at your driving skill its easy task. Food is average. Staffs are really helpful.would recommend for family.

I stayed here before 1 month, Staff in the resort was good but the way to the resort is very dangerous. And pool is not cleaned and rooms are small and not maintained well. Overall avarage place to visit.

Came for a pre-wedding shoot. Awesome experience. Got lots and lots of memorable momants in our life. Really a well planned and mind glowing ambiance.

Best Lake View resort at Wayanadu! LOVE our visits there! Hotel staff was excellent - Ashwin made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed! Room service was excellent! Mahes was very helpful in arranging food for us. Food at lunch was great especially Fish Mulakittath. Thanks to our Malppuramkaaran. Food Selection and quality was very much appreciated. View from Balcony is one of best parts of staying at this Resort. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay!

We visited here as a group yesterday and came back today. This property is overall good for families but as we have stayed in so many resorts in wayanad and other places and this property seems to be recently started we would like to give a detailed review about it

Pros: Beautiful exteriors, have a garden with walk way, garden chairs, swing, children's park, swimming pool, as its a new property rooms and bathrooms are neat and tasty food

Cons: The contact number was not available many times when tried and reply was late. The final part (about 500 mtrs) road to the resort is very tough - very narrow with sharp ups and downs needs expertise to drive and a powerful vehicle. There is no direction displayed at the turnings so if we miss we will be in trouble. We have to beliveve in map only. There was no briefing about the services at the time of arrival, just got rooms and we have to ask for everything. Toiletries provided when asked two three times. Beds appeared smaller in size (not king size). Rooms lacking a furniture / slab to keep our things. Only wardrobe is there. Only 1 litre drinking water provided, no kettle/ glass or things to make coffee / tea. Restaurant service very poor. No room service of food. There was no tissue paper or things to dry hand without request. Breakfast has only few items. We felt a lack of professional touch in the service.

Moreover we got a room which had some electrical problem. Only two lights were working.

Giving a four star to its overall beautiful surroundings as we could take some good photos and expecting improvements in other services.

Worst experience, staff not smiling, water not put in bedrooms, not worth for money, small rooms

Very good and ambient stay, non a/c and A/c rooms are available, infinity pool adds a great value to the resort (pool is just 4 feet deep).

Very nice atmosphere with cam and quiet natural surroundings and excellent hill views from balcony
