We Mart Hypermarket

Products are available but no discounts! A supermarket should attract customers with some offers.

It is a very big super market. You get almost everything here. Only issue is parking. Only limited number of vehicles can be parked infront of it. Others are forced to park on road side which makes it difficult for other cars to travel and leads to traffic blocks.

The rates are higher when compared to other shops. Make sure we have the exact change in hamd or they will round off to next digit even you make a huge purchase. Also they would round off to next digit when you swipe your card. I made a purchase of 2,624.66 and when swiped they took 2,625/-

Pros:

WeMart at Vadakkekotta has good collection of household grocery and vegetables items. It has wide veriety of crockery and steel and plastic vessels. We can say it is a one stop fast moving goods shop for all our needs of day to day life. Good offers and they provide a loyalty card which will earn rewards points for every 100 rupees.

Cons:

1. They dont provide any complementry carry bags. We need to give extra amount for carry bags.
2. Even no paper bags also will be provided, which is very unpleassant. We need to bring a carry bag to carry it to our home.
3. Limited parking capacity for two and four wheelers.

I am a regular customer of We Mart.but today I had a very bad experience. I parked my car and as I returned to my car I saw that the front right hand side of my car was hit by a White Innova car owned by another customer who had also come to We mart. My daughter who was inside the car saw the incident happen and the security guard was also present during this time who was there to guide the customer.when I came to know that the Innova had left after hitting and without informing and also that the security guard was also silent it made me furious. Even after two years of pandemic, we fought corona virus but this kind of human virus; the Innova car owner and the security who doesn't even have enough humanity.this kind of attitude are more dangerous. I decided not visit We mart again in future a store that doesn't value it's customers.

Conveniently located. Good place with most of the essential household items.
Cons: Many times have difficulty with non tagged items.
Not very customer friendly as the reward system is a paid subscription model (outdated).
Online payment, they charge to the higher side of the bill amount.

Indifferent staff here at Thripunithura WeMart when compared to Vytila WeMart.no adequate replenishment of stocks in correlation to the crowd frequenting this place. Any day a 4 to 5 Star can be given to Vytila WeMart.surprised to hear that all WeMarts are not centrally connected with respect to the points accrued on each purchase from any of their outlets as confirmed by counter staff. Professionality has a long way to go unless a challenging competitor comes into the vicinity.

This grocery shop is never been my likeable shop at all. I just visited few time to pick up less than 5 item that were not avialbe in Relaince supermarket. I carry always my cloth bag/ pouch, this shop, there is no environmental protection, this shop is promoting huge amount of Plastic on a daily basis, they don’t care about the Law, plastic is being banned item in the state, irrespective of the law and environmental protection their business is important, they cloak every vegetable in a 30cm size plastic pouch, minimum one customer takes 10 item, like wise, there are more than 50-100 visitors a day, the accumulated amount of plastic in one day average 10 Square meter and that is being spread though out customers pouch, What society does with these plastic, they burn every week end from Friday to till Sunday evening, polluting the air with poison a cancerous smoke, I always shop from green shop ie Jijo mart reliance supermarket where every thing you get as fresh item and environmental friendly too, they use all stuff in a Custom made paper bags only, any gram item you can get as a quantity that you prefer, they pack item in a paper bag too. We mart fresh vegetables and fruited are decay quality, especially apple grape and most importantly a 3rd class quality imported dates which is very hard -rotten to eat, priced at per 100gm ₹100 mean 1 kg 1000₹. It was so cheap quality, Other item quality are not good vegetables all items are &Highly priced. I stay away from this shop. I hate business people who promote pollution &who are against nature. It's a small department store but has all the necessity items inside. It has 2 floors but no lifts. So people with knee problems avoid going upstairs. The people there are helpfull and the check out is fast

A good store where a variety of things are available. But the security people are very rude and not at all customer friendly.

Very good shopping experience. The bonus points we get when we buy vegetables and fruits is really good. And all things are available under the same roof.

The glass door at the entrance shattered and fell on customers who had come in there this morning. This door has been kept like this for the past 3 months when i enquired. This is the how responsible the supermarket operator is. I had a powerful impact on my head and had bruises. Someone else cut his hands. Adn after showing us to a hospital near by, i was diacharged. Later the hospital calls me asking for the payment which Wemart had taken account of. This is the kind of responsibility these people take. Thye are only intersted in making money and care less about humanity. UnSomeone could have got killed becuase the door was used at a great risk.

All in One place, used to visit and products are also of good quality. Adequately staffed and the store is easily accessible. They also have a We card rewards program and are redeemable after certain points.
They have a good collection of stationary products, groceries and other household items. The staff is welcoming and billing staffs shows patience and good behaviour. A few pics from my recent visit. Thank you

This shop can fulfill most of your common grocery requirements in a nominal price. Located near sn jn metro station and with parking space.
