I recently purchased some cloths from Wedland Weddings and had an exceptional experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist me, making the entire shopping process delightful. Yesterday we went to wedland kollam and i had a very bad experience in shopping there. Customer service is very poor! Especially in banarasi saree section. Staffs behaviour to customer was so arrogant. They will only allow us to leave if we take a dress. Even if we don't like one, they force us to any of those clothes. And they judge our taste and preferences and also they comment each other in our back.that was very very bad. I don't know her name but please maintain a minimum quality of service to customers! You guys have to respect the customer's privacy and choices too!

Good collection with high prices. One of the Good textiles in Kollam and you can enjoy shopping if you are not a customer who are not looking for value of money and loves the shopping. The customer service is also not upto the mark.

They will only allow us to leave if we take a dress. Even if we don't like one, they force us to take any of those clothes. This is not for the first time. Have to respect the customer's privacy and choices too.

Bad customer experience. Purchased for around 15,000 RS and given for pants alteration. The bill number was torn away because of the staples put from shop. I went with the collect it with the remaining bill the manager was not at all supportive and was arguing with me. As a customer I am not aware about important portion of a bill. I said the color type and time of collection but still he was like not willing to help. He was complaining about my irresponsiblilty is taking care of the bill. Seriously I was not expecting this low level of customer support from a big shop in kollam. At last I was asking please don't neglect help and try to find with the matching points of cloth and then came with the pants. Please take the customer mobile number and ask them to tell the mobile number while coming to collect this is one good solution if something happens with the help. Not going to visit again. Thanks

My experience here was satisfactory.

Situated close to the Andamukkam bus stand, the place is easily accessible. Just a few yards from National Highway. The whole building is soothing with centralised AC. Great selection and options available for all kinds of clothing. Sales persons and other staff are really kind and helping. The overall atmosphere is really good. Chairs and benches are available for waiting. Separate floors for different age groups and gender. I have been a customer since the inauguration of this store. Parking facility available. Elevator and stairs are available.

We had a bad experience last week from the security personnel there.we parked the car at the lot and went for shopping and when we came back our new car had a scratch in its sides and the security blamed us for our parking.we will have to paint that part and wat hurts is it is our new car.

They loot. Poor quality dress. Overrated. Don't buy silk saries. The material won't last as already in 2 weeks time there are small holes
