Here, you get all that you expect from a decent supermarket. A little bit cramped, but okay. Nearly 4 cars can be parked infront of the shop.

A place to get standard packed items, vegetables, ice creams, fruits and all house hold items under one roof.

Good place to purchase daily use kitchen items and vegetables, good Verity of brand's, the products are beautifully arranged and easy to pick.good and fast service.helpful staff.they have a good parking space.

Such a cute supermarket to visit, they have almost everything. Especially stationaries and party items they have quite good collection.

Located in busy Kaloor Katheikadavu road, it's one of the best city supermarkets. Although parking can be an issue in busy hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ground floor has grocery, milk etc and first floor has household items from soap to Mayts and books and pen and you get almost anything that a house needs

Very bad experience. Had trouble in gpay while shopping. The staff in the counter was so rude that she behaved as if I was a thief. Never going back again. Pleaseake sure you have friendly Customer service.

It's probably small and uninteresting for many. But I feel it is underrated as everything is available here

It's a small supermarket but has enough things available to meet the needs of a family

Went to the supermarket at 3.30 and there was no cooling at all in the supermarket, for me it was as if the AC was off but when enquired with the staff they said that it seems its very cold now while I was sweating heavily and for me I just wanted somehow to get out from that place

It's not a huge store but a small one nevertheless most of the goods that one requires are available here, making it convenient for a quick purchases. Its a good place to shop for grocery and stationary items. Almost all Stationary and household items are kept in the first floor of the store. I personally won't advice anyone to shop in the evening because that's the peak time and with the shops small floor area its gonna get hectic. So go in the morning or afternoon where there is less people. (only for those with a huge shopping list)

Really organised for a place of that size-basically a really nice family convenience store. In fact better than that oversized so called supermarket on the other side of the road.

I had a sprained leg with restricted movements.
The staff brought the items from 1st floor instead of me climbing up.
The guard took my bags and kept them in my car

Supermarket where everything is available, only issues is that they don't have any offers compared to Reliance, Bismi

I am a regular customer of WellMart Supermarket. They stock all the essential and popular items of food; vegetables, grains, pulses, cereals, buiscuits, chocolates, soft drinks, juices, sauces, bakery items, frozen food, milk and dairy items, toiletries, soaps, detergents, household needs like plastics, crockery, gift items etc.etc. They do not stock appliances and white goods. They offer home delivery services also to customers residing nearby.

The aisle space is rather tight and one has to be careful to avoid contact and keep social distance, in these pandemic times. The covid-19 protocols like, temperature check, hand sanitizing etc.are being followed. There are larger super markets in the Kaloor area, but WellMart has a good customer base of their own. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Almost all products available. Counterstaff service is to be improved. The sales assistants are really helpfull

We have done shopping during covid 19 period. They are following covid protocol. Only thing I found that the have some sections in first floor, it's difficult to bring them downstairs for billing.my overall experience was good. They have parking also. I recommend.

Most of grocery and provisions including frozen non veg available.

Not much space though at the vegetable sale counter and check out.

Dear owner pls make sure that ur staff is bahaving properly.

When bismi came i thought they would shut shop but despite all that's they survived, they have new products from new and innovative food companies at their shelf. Billing department should be trained to be more polite and smiling and welcoming. Which they are not.

Well stocked of the most needed items. A typical store for mallus. And very nice and friendly staff

This supermarket is kind of small one in that segment. Just two floors but you can find almost every common item you purchase. Let's start from the good,
1. It's small. So you will not have to wander a lot to find the thing you came to purchase.
2. You can find almost any item your house will need other than furnitures and electronics.
3. The ground floor is for the grocery and snacks, biscuts etc and the first floor is for other households including items for beauty and grooming.
Some issues you may feel are,
1. The space, it's small, but it may seem a trouble when in the rush hours. Sometimes waiting time in the counter is longer than usual.
2. There are some household and cleaning items but they are few in collection.
We prefer wellmart for our first stop for purchase, hence five stars.

Good Supermarket with almost all necessary items available in good quality and reasonable price

Its a good supermarket support it, home delivery is their, have been visiting this place for more than 12 years good staff.
Lots of daily grocery easily stacked, milk to eyebrow pencil.

Best place for shopping. Fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, milk and milk products and stationaries. Limited collection of cosmetics, ceramic items are also available. Prices are reasonable. Affable staff.

Poor customer service. Unpleasant shopping experience due to attitude of the persons at sales and billing sections. Yesterday 21.12.2019 9.45 pm-Hesitation to provide shopping trolley and thereafter when we were just about to billing one beard person impolitely asked us to empty the trolley urgently to place the trolley back. We stood there sometime outside the shop and noticed that there is nothing urgent for them and it was just a reflection of their attitude towards customers. We have many other shopping options in Kochi and you have nothing to retain customers. Was our 4th visit. We will just try one more shopping to decide.

Compact shopping mall, well stocked, we keep going back to this place in spite of having a huge shopping mall right opposite! Now, has a new frozen food area with very good selection.

I was regular customer in the wellmart outlet near maathrubhumi jn, Kaloor. Its happened so that today while arriving to shop there at around 6.45 pm, the security guard misbehaved to me amd my mother.we don't usually park our car in wellmart parking lot as my mother stays in the car so she parks near the road. If it interferes with any vehicles there, she makes sure to move the vehicle.
The security guard instead of speaking in a socially acceptable manner, began yelling at me in an uncivilized way. My mother on seeing this got out of the car despite her ill health and tried to explain to the guard. He continued yelling at her senselessly for no reason at all and wouldn't give us a chance to speak back. He was arrogant and told us to "go away" in local language. We were were taken aback and furious by the way he was behaving to customers especially female customers.
