Well View Residency in Parassinikadavu is somewhat decent

Whenever we go to Parassinikadavu, we stay at well viwe Residency
We have been to Parasshinikadavu several times

On 21st January 2024, we took the room at Well View Residency
There were four of us staying in the room

It was a three-bed room and the rent was Rs. 2000
Apart from Rs 2000 they bought extra Rs 500 which was returned at room checkout.

The next day on the 22nd we vacated the room

After that on the 6th of February, all four of us went to take room in the same well viwe Residency
On that day we were told by the reception that we will not be given a 3-bed room, only a 4-bed room

When we went in January, there were four people, but we were given a three-bed room. When we went in February, there were four people, but we were told that we would not be given a three-bed room.

We were short of money but what else could we do, paid 2500 rupees and took the room

But that is not enough 500 rupees extra which will be returned when the room is vacated

We had only 3500 rupees with us and we can accommodate four people in the room where three people can sleep but they have given the room for four people.

It turned out badly for us
We arrived late at night and could not get food from the temple

In these days, if you want to eat for four people, you need more than 500 rupees

So I slept hungry that night. The next day he waited till noon and went to the temple and had lunch

We came to Parasshinikadavufrom Kollur Mookambika

We vacated the room that evening and left for Kannur
Due to necessity, we left for Parasshinikadavu that very night

After borrowing from our friend, we came again and took the room for 2500 rupees for the night

But the first thing we were shown that night was a bad room
We told the reception that we should not pay 2500 rupees and sleep in a bad room

They showed us another room which was a disabled room and we said that we are canceling the room, they said no such option and after some time we were shown another room which was a good room.

Nice hotel with different facilities.the rooms are premium even with mini fridge inside.they charge floating price based on the season and holidays.need to improve the service, like no one there to carry the baggages.

Very bad experience, rates are very high. Reception staff are not aware of anything about the service and booking reference and rate. The restaurant is below average and the price is tooo much high, It is not a recommendable place for stay.

Wonderful stay over wellview residency. It's neat and clean. Special thanks to the staff who were very friendly and supportive. I'm recommended to all stay over here

The mini bar in the rooms at the Well View hotel was a nice touch. It was stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.

I recently stayed at the Well View Hotel in Parassinakadavu, Kannur and I had a fantastic experience. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable.

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay
unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.

Mostly hindi speaking staff, but they lack the ability to understand customer needs and act. Due to less business the hotel is not well managed but still ok for a short term trip. The hotel infra is very good and can increase their business if they train their staff properly.

It is an old place but still not that old.
The business opportunity lies solely on the pilgrims visiting the temple.
So, we cannot expect a star rated service.

But I must say here that looking to the revenue opportunities it is very good place to stay for the temple visit nearby which is only 1 minute by walking.

I recently visited Well View Hotel in Parasinikadavu and was pleasantly surprised by the stress-free parking experience they provided.

Staying in Well View Hotel's Luxury Rooms was a real treat. The rooms were simply amazing. It felt like a home away from home.
