But i only needed one from it and i was ready to pay the full amount for the same but they said i must purchase 3 items

I wasted my time for long queue for nothing

It is worth it to buy clothes from here as it is very good quality and versatile. It is also at affordable cost.

Bestest. Good collection of store, footwear and clothes. And much affordable price for all. Especially their customer service. Was super cute and friendly in nature.
(Far far better than Westside Banerji road, their customer service is very poor.)

My recent visit to Westside inside Lulu Mall was a joyous exploration of a vast collection of dresses catering to diverse tastes. The newly introduced offers added an extra layer of satisfaction to the overall shopping experience, making it a fashion paradise with a delightful blend of choice and affordability. However, I noticed a downside – the men's section had a limited collection, suggesting room for improvement in that area.

However, it's worth noting that the trial room experience was less than ideal. The rooms were crowded, and the lack of proper air ventilation or AC made it a bit uncomfortable.

Located inside the Lulu mall, with very spacious place. Ambience is good, with many collections.

Very nice collections. A lot of collections at all ranges. All the dresses are of very high quality.

They've got a wide variety of collections and the prices are moderate. The products have good quality and is worth the price.

Staffs are very rude.i had a terrible experience shopping in westside lulu. The person in the trial room section was very unprofessional and rude to customer

Please update days when u are open so ppl can plan ahead and visit your store. Had to come and return twice since the data was not updated properly

One of my favourite shop in Lulu. Everything available under reasonable cost. Easy exchange policy. Good offers. Customer friendly executives. At present they don't allow trails.

This store will come across your eyes inside Lulu mall on the ground floor.
The store is quite big covering clothing for both men and women. Brands are limited, but the quality is good.
The men’s collection is not so great while seeing the rush of women shoppers inside the store sends the message that they should be good.
The billing section is quite busy most of the time, but they are very friendly and help you with any related query.

Westside is exclusively for cloth accessories for men, women and childrens.

It has a good range and variety. They gives only branded items and so you can expect a bit higher price compared to the normal shops.

The shop is well arranged and the billing counters are really fast. The employees are really Cooperative and polite and so had a very good experience.

Very poor staff n service. Only cash payment. Hell. I'm sorry I didn't carry 10k in cash. Digital India!

The kochi lulu West side store has 2 landline numbers both rings no one picksup. Please remove the phone number if not using, ive been trying to reach the store and even called and raised with customer care but no resolution yet to reach this store.

Waited long time on 9/8/19 at 16.50. Staff seemed busy and there were not enough people on the till or facilities to cater to the people waiting to pay for the purchases.

The staff at Westside Lulu Kochi was very rude and doesn't know how to behave with customers. I have been to other stores and never felt the same way. I don't think I will be visiting again.

Has a very good collection incl.clothes for kids, women and men at affordable prices. Gave a discount and membership card on taking many items.

Went there quite a few times because I used to frequent Westside Pune and liked the collection and price. But staff and management in Kochi doesn't seem to care or even want to help.

Once, I wanted to return a shirt and since I bought it with some combo, I had to pay remainder of full price or exchange all the shirts at once. Very weird and inconvenient rule.

Another time I went with friends during a weekday to avoid normal rush. But it was a bit crowded and we were waiting at that one singular trial room with just one customer trying on. But that customer kept coming out taking three more clothes and going right back in. And the staff wasn't bothered. After like the 4th cycle of this, we just gave up and walked out.

Even during crowded days or normal days, the cash counters are not all open and fully operational.

Don't feel like returning since I know something or the other will prevent us from buying clothes.

Westside group of stores established decades ago, owned by Tata Group. Palakkad branch opened few months ago. Westside offers an exclusive range of Dresses and apparels for all ages groups. Quality products with reasonable price available. Westside sells own products and known brand products.
Best time to shop here is during festival seasons-offers discounts and coupons.
Staffs are customer friendly and very helpful.

Use to visit here whenever visit Lulu here in Edappally.a spacious show room for a great variety of textile items.

It's a good brand you can find in lulu. Although the prices are a bit high, you can find good collections here both apparels, footwears and other accesories.

Overrated. I don't know why people like the store. Plus, the lady at the cosmetics section was rude when I checked out some lip gloss without even opening them. I left immediately. Please teach your staff to behave properly with customers.

Good collection, the only drawback is the attitude of the staff. They don’t treat you like a customer. They treat you like someone who is there to get a favour. Even the Manager in the ladies section is utter failure. The only reason we bought 2 tops in spite of this horrible experience was just because we had to utilise the gift vouchers which we got from the points redeemed from Credit card.

Great collection at affordable prices. Sometimes people don't notice the showroom but there is a wide variety of collection with latest fashion.

Worst experience.they missed placing an item in the bag for the paid item. Didn't bother to call and inform. No ways to contact them. Don't know why they have contact number listed when no one answers the call.

Good selection and variety products, but westside brand products are very bad quality about stitching.and sandals are also very bad
