I always get from there, what I wanted. Sometimes even better ones. Well mannered staff. Overall very good.

The men section collections are very less. Especially for shirts.
Almost everything they have in shirts are very similar shades except for black

Very poor customer service. No one is ready to help customers. No adequate parking facility. No sufficient collection of clothes. Price are high for some items. Never expected such a bad experience from here. Only positive thing is the behaviour of security staff. They are helped to parking my vehicle and i see that they helped all the customers too.

It is an amazing store, has great collections to choose from.
The quality is par excellence and it is worth the money.

A well maintained shop have variety of collection, went there for some formal clothes they had some good collection at an resonable price one thing is the service it's bit cheep we need to wait too much time for some one to guide and get the required products. Waiting time is too high and also billing they lack billing was only in the downstairs and the thing is it's single window i think the staffs where simply roaming around.

Poor service, billing time you need to wait half an hour. Out of 4 billing counters, only 1 employee is doing billing. Other employees are simply standing there. They don't care about us or our valuable time. Couldn't bill even though there was only a single person standing ahead of us. We got tired of waiting and walked out!

Expensive. G and first floor for women and kids. 2nd Floor exclusive for men. First floor has a corner devoted to home decorative. Men's collection is limited but comfortable wearable. They have a limited collections of shoes as well. The area women's sections is arranged according to colors which is interesting. The prices are to the expensive side.

Arguably the best place to get good and trendy clothes in thrissur at good price points.

But customer care is not so good. I had paid for membership but it has not been activated till today. It has more than 6 months now.

Varieties of collections for people who prefer western wares. Maintains sanitization people can try clothes carefree.

In January 2022, offer are going on for selected items. By 2 get 1 free. Good products and prices are reasonable.

Westside, from the house of TATA is keeping its standard here at Thrissur as well.

Though the quality is good, felt that the collections are more seasonal and the options are limited compared to Max and Trends. But here we can shop for bedsheets and cutleries and some crockeries as well which is not seen among their competitors.

The staffs are good and polite. Limited parking space in front but they have additional basement parking.

Although it's limited by area, Westside offers a collection of both ethnic and western clothing along with beautiful accessories for every outfit. Located in a prime location, parking has been allotted, which is a boon as well.

Am a regular customer at westside. But had a terrible experience this time. Preferred size was not available for most of the kurtis. The sales staff din't show much interest in finding out as well. Billing staffs were so inexperienced and took lot of time even in sensor removal. They made a mistake in bill and again took a lot of time to correct it as well. We asked for the manager, but he dint come to solve the issue. The Attitude of all the staffs were so non professional and immature.pathetic shopping experience

If you're looking for cheaper clothes, FBB or Reliance Trends or MAX would be preferable. BUT, everything at Westside has class and quality. Whether it is a kurta for casual use or formal wear, the materials are of good quality. There are some stores brimming with products but from there, you may leave empty handed whereas you'll certainly like something here.

Good dress selection for men and womens wear. One srop shop for a family to buy all range of dresses, whether it is formal or informal.

I had a good experience shopping at Westside, Thrissur. Lack of parking space is definitely a concern. Hope the management will look into this.

No consistent credibility for the condition in membership card.disappointing as a membership card holder for past couple of years.

Not so pleasant. Security personnel did their duty by making us wait outside stating that a meeting is in progress inside and that we have to wait till 11 am. On saying that it is already 11 o clock, he argued that it is the time on the clock inside the hall that counts (and not Indian Standard Time). Please consider installing a board with working time. Also please consider our time equally valuable as yours.

I think I visit this place every three weeks! All my kurtas and house items are from here. Good quality, affordable.amazing style and variety designs. There's something for everyone here.be it clothes, accessories, shoes, bags and home utilities. Hope more outlets will open soon

Horrible experience of buying tshirts from there. When you send a mail regarding their inferior quality of clothes, they ll act dump and ignorant. Hate this store

Good collection of dresses for both men and women. Accessories are also available. Car parking and 2 wheeler parking is provided in front of the store and also opposite of the store in a small ground.

Good collection.variety in style, Colors.their perfume collection is also good.parking facility available just opposite to the shop is the highlight feature.getting a parking area in tht busy area is a herculean job.

I went with my friend to buy men's clothes. I found a nice sweater priced at Rs. 599. Actually the whole hanger is priced at 599. I have tried the sweater and taken to the cash there they said it is Rs. 999 and they corrected price. I have told the person at the counter that it is not fair and they have done the pricing. Even if it is wrong pricing they must sell it at the agreed price. It is one of the worst customer service i have ever had. Never recommend the shop again.

Good service. You will always have a person helping you by finding sizes and carrying your clothes.
