Elegant designs n prints.comfortable clothes. I've been shopping from westside over the years and I couldn't think of another option yet

Collections are not bad but the customer service is very poor. No specific executive is there to attend the customer. In fact the customer need to search for the customer care executive for getting help while purchasing.

The store has a mix of options, but I wasn't completely satisfied with my visit, and i found a few nice pieces, but I was hoping for more variety in styles and colors.

A good place to shop for clothes and home needs, reasonably priced and good quality, as always a tata enterprise stays true to its principle of quality

Westside Kollam presents a vast collection and benefits from a helpful floor staff. However, the overall experience was dampened by the lack of warmth from the counter staff that I noticed the absence of genuine smiles. It felt as though they either didn't enjoy their job or had little interest in providing excellent customer service, It is genuinely frustrating when a store charging high cost for the products but fails to justify additional fee for a basic necessity like carry bags

Excellent brand and very good collection neatly arranged array of ethinic and modern dress.

But I am utterly disappointed with my repeated visits to the Westside branch at Madannada. The staff's attitude has consistently been unhelpful and inattentive, making every visit an unpleasant experience.

On several occasions, I noticed that the staff seemed more interested in engaging in personal discussions amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. It's disheartening to witness them grouped in different spaces, engaged in severe discussions while customers stand around waiting for assistance.

The most frustrating part is during the billing process. Whenever I approach the billing counter, someone from the staff rushes to put their staff number against my bill, without even asking if I need help or providing any sort of assistance. It feels as if they are more concerned about taking credit for transactions rather than ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Moreover, when seeking assistance for a purchase, it was evident that the staff was disinterested in helping. They seemed more focused on group discussions and lacked the knowledge or willingness to guide customers with their queries or provide useful recommendations.

I strongly believe that the management of this Westside branch should take immediate action to address these issues. Proper training sessions should be conducted to educate the staff on how to behave professionally and handle customers with respect and attentiveness. Customer satisfaction should be their priority, not personal conversations or internal competition.

I regret having wasted my time and money at this Westside branch and will be hesitant to return or recommend it to others until there are significant improvements in their customer service. It's unfortunate that such a well-known brand allows its reputation to be tarnished by a poorly managed branch.

Love the collections at westside, very clean trial rooms. But only annoying part is staff keep pestering on to try this, that and about new collections. They literally follow you everywhere even till trial room and after your done, you see them waiting out for you to follow you again! I think the staff need to give customers their space and approach only if help needed.

Needs bit update with fashion.
You may find similar pattern of churidar, tops. Colour bit faded though.
Plus point: Most of times, will get right size, cuts, good material.

Really Really disappointed. Only one time use, cloth in this condition. First time returned. Second time bought this one. Old stock displaying there. First time going to this shop. Really disappointed. So those who are going to the shop be careful. Otherwise pls don't go there. I think mynthra like online shopping is best.

Good choice of clothes however really poor service and staff. We were really disappointed with their attitude and service. We took 20 minutes to select our clothes but took over 45 minutes to pay. Staff were rude and had no idea how to scan items. My shopping was scan several times still got it wrong. Spoke to department manager he was not any better just came out with excuses and no apology. It is a great disappointment because we wanted to do more purchases but didn’t want to go through the same experience. We shopped twice and it was worst.

Such a worse store. They won't redeem the Points even if we have it. Always the counters are over crowded and there are no sufficient staffs for billing. Systems are always crashed.

Good clothing center lot of cotton collectors and quality products
Good shops and service clean and neat are.

Selection is average and customer service is pathetic. Should wait for loooooong to get the bill paid.

Good collection of dresses for women.kids collection was not upto the mark… if you are looking for an affordable kurta, this one of the best place
