Hi. I engaged an Innova from Wheel man for my 10 day trip in Kerala and Tamilnadu. Prompt communication and coordination are key for travels business and if there are issues with these, the entire experience goes off the road. Right from the initial enquiry till the end of the trip, Mr Sujan was very responsive and I didn't see any instance where I had to wait. Lalu who was assigned to me for the Innova was also very patient and soft spoken as those two were the prerequisites I asked Mr Sujan to be in the driver. I traveled with my kids and there would be times as you know things will not be on schedule and that is where the driver's patience come into play. Only thing is me and Lalu faced little trouble with our communication due to language barriers, but that was something which I can oversee with other aspects.

I had my honeymoon in Kerala, all the tour and transportation was done by wheel man. They took us from Thiruvananthapuram to kollam to paravur to Alleppey and back to Cochin airport. The only negative can be that we had hired Full AC tempo traveller and on one day of our 5 day trip, the AC was not cooling at all.

We used the Wheelman taxi service on our last Trivandrum visit. We had booked airport to airport service for 4 days. It was excellent. Pramod our driver was very good at his job and drove very well good control of car n speed. The taxi service was truly professional and kept to time always. These guys know what they are doing. For different reasons we were really very late to contact the owner for a car for an odd and long route. We did not expect him to be able to arrange something for us in that short amount of time. But he did.
The well-maintained car was waiting for us at the doorstep of our hotel at appropriate time. Driver Sumesh was very knowledgeable about the terrain. Other than English and Hindi, he was proficient in different Deccan languages. Since our journey spanned more than one Deccan state, this was useful. The route was complex, with several critical turn points, through different national and state highways and rural roads. Sumesh knew all these like the back of his hand and did not use a GPS system or anything like that.

I booked 32 seater bus and boathouse in Alleppey from Wheel Man. Bus service was excellent. Bus Driver (Shiju) was very professional, polite and knew all tourist attractions in Kerala. Only one suggestion - "quantity" of snacks provided on boathouse should increase.
