I bought a customised choco hazelnut cake for my son’s birthday. I was really dissapointed by their service. For the high price the taste was ok but all the frosting was a mess. Even the name was not correct. When i informed them, the didn’t even bother to give a reply. One of my relative also had same experience.

Lack of professionalism…we have reached here from hearing great reviews…but now it is not like that…really disappointed…

If you would like a hassle free delivery and more importantly for the taste, variety and quality of cakes, look no further than whisk n frost.for my parents wedding anniversary and being in a different country, my experience with them was a beautiful one.quick coordination, seemless delivery, lovely opera cake and so tasty and definitely affordable.what more do you ask for. My parents were vouching for the butter cookies that melt into their mouths too. Thank you so much.would highly recommend them.

Ruined my daughter's Bday TWICE!
I came across Whisk n Frost 2 years back, n had ordered a cake for my daughter's 1st bday and it was exceptionally good.
So based on that experience ordered for her 2nd, but to my disappointment the cake tasted bad and the customised designs I wanted was not incorporated. Even if the owner admitted her mistake, no refund or concession of payment was there. We payed full amount of Rs. 3k
Then for my daughters 3rd bday this year. I thought to give Whisk n Frost a second chance thinking mistakes can happen to a person once in a while. To my shock and disappointment, I did not get the cake I wanted. I had mentioned clearly that the cake should be delivered by 8a.m multiple times. On the day of the function when I called they said that the cake was not ready because they mistook it as 8p.m and had to give a substitute cake that didn't even taste that great. Still had to give full amount inspite of their pathetic and horrible service.

Dont be fooled by the overall ratings. We had the worst experience with Whisk n Frost for my niece's bday. Not once, but TWICE they messed up our cakes and gave us totally unsatisfactory experiences. The first cake and popsicles we ordered tasted bad and didn't look upto the mark. The second cake was ruined only because of her sheer negligence to the order we placed.
She were supposed to get the cake by 8 am but she thought it was 8pm. She never bothered to confirm the details before the occasion and we had to keep calling her up to check in on the cake (and she hardly picks up the call - very poor management). She didn't even own up to the mistake and gave us a cake that looked nothing like what we wanted despite the amount of details and specifications we had provided her. It was the worst experience especially when it happened on the morning of the bday when we were busy making other arrangements. We thought we could trust her with this cake but was utterly a complete disappointment. No refund or any consideration for the damage caused.
Would have given zero stars on this review if it was possible to rate like that. Doesn't even deserve a star for the amount of unprofessionalism they showed.

Excellent bakery products. Since, the whole business is done from a home, people are unaware of such a bakery store. Their service is very good and they deliver at your home upon order.

We had ordered a choco truffle cake for my friend's wedding. The cake was delicious and we couldn't help but have multiple servings. The owner who had responded was prompt and helped with the delivery amidst rain.

Great reviews in Google but the cakes don’t stand up for the reviews given. It could be one of instance but it was not good cake which I got. And it is pricey as well. Tastes all oily and all. We get much better home made cakes around. I won’t try Whisk n Frost Pastry Studio anymore. Wanted to leave this review here to share my experience.

Superb cakes and have a wide varieties. We bought Tres Leches milk cake (Pista flavoured) and it was.definitely will recommend for any events.

Whisk n frost is simply amazing. I tried their red velvet cake. It looked stunning and tasted delicious The texture was perfect. Slightly moist and smooth and not too greasy or too dry. The minute you put 'em in your mouth, they melt smoothly giving you a plethora of 'cakely emotions'. One of the best cakes that i ever had. It was a good treat for my taste buds. Not only did the cake taste spectacular, but it looked stunning! One of the best experiences when cake tasting. They were willing to work with our modest budget, our large guest list, and still give us the beautiful design we wanted.

I approached them for an anniversary cake. I gave them a model as well. The cake was perfect and yummy. Also they made delivery to the guest house where we stayed. Their charges are reasonable and worth for the cake.
I really love this experience. We all just loved the cake.
Try it and you guys won't regret.
