White Water Woods Resort

Very bad experience.
Not at all cleaned. Rat was running inside rooms. Power and water stoped from night.
Owner was rude

They just made a water tank and call it a swimming pool. They will try to get huge amount in advance so don't fall in there trap there usual online advertising picture are not so real. Rooms are not well cleaned.

The locals came at night and made a fuss about us and they were drunk. We had to leave at night. Really bad experience. They were hurling abuses at us and were checking whether there are any girls with us and created ruckus.

Great location.
A hidden heaven of calicut.
The resort having a nice stream.
But the cottage stay was not so nice. Poorly maintained.

Worst management. They tried to portray their "resort" as neat and tidy while the bitter truth is the opposite.not at all reccommendable for families and people who are looking for clean and ambiance enlightened place. By the visuals you could understand the carelessness of the owners.no maintenance. They will try to get huge amount in advance.so dont fall in their trap.their usual online advertising pictures are not so real.

Resort was ok but only worth for bachelor's, not a couple friendly resort but the places near By are really nice and the morning view from the resort that's a memorable experience it can't explain because it has to experience ️

Nice place with small water falls in a forest area with a cool weather. Close to nature.love it

Worst place ever we have visited. Swimming pool (water tank) is full of frog and dirty water. Its full of mosquito larva. We had asked for refund but the person is not giving us back. We got stucked here. Don't ever pay advance without visiting this place. If u like the place, then only pay. There is a natural fresh water spring nearby which is the best part where u can enjoy the fullest with friends.

First of all it cannot be called as a resort, its a typical home stay. Location is really gud, but the facilities are worst, and the food quality is not up to the mark.
1. They don, t provide hot water for bath, we need to demand (person in charge says tht), they give you a coil to heat the water, but when u r not in the room they take it and give it to the next cottage (by two service coil)
2. For total of 10pax they provide two soaps (you need to again demand, person in charge says tht) no towel, no tissues (DO WE REALLY NEED TO DEMAND FOR THE BASICS)
3. Ask coffee at 7am it reaches you by 930am (only black tea and black coffee)
4. Campfire only on advance booking that too with a charge of 3000/-
5. No sufficient food provided.
6. One dormitory with two separate rooms (but only one toilet common for all)
Since we had no choice to shift near by place, we were forced to spend the night with all worst experience possible.

BUT THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS VERY SMART, HE HAS ANSWERS FOR ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. YOU ASK HOT WATER, HE SAYS ITS A ECO FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT SO THEY DON'T PROVIDE HOT WATER.
