1. The area is not maintained well
2. Water is polluted. No clean water available in wash room
3. Do not jump into swimming pool. They kept it for name sake.
5. Wifi available near reception, not in rooms which away from reception.
6. Childrens play area is totally damaged due to poor maintenance.
7. Breakfast is OK
Only advantage is it is near to tholppety safari entry.

It was a good experience to spend a day in the resort good ambiance and management and staffs we got good hospitality must go again

Property location is really nice. It is in the forest. Food was excellent. Staff and owner was very courteous. Happy with the service.

It’s exactly inside forest.if you are really lucky you can see deer and elephants around room, very cold. Always double check the bed as it’s inside forest so many spiders and scorpion may enter. When we went we saw some spiders under bed.

The worst of the worst service they provide. No campfir, No music system. The worst swimming pool.

Best budget resort in Wayanad. Cool vibe in the middle of the forest.

Deer in front of the resort in the morning makes your day wonderful.

Staff service was very friendly and helpful and kind.

Its condition is nothing like what you see in their photos. Due to the lack of maintenance, it is completely dry. The condition of the swimming pool is very deplorable.
They give very cheap local bat for games, so I felt a negative feeling. It seemed that there was nothing for the money given.

The food they serve in the morning is awesome

We were disappointed to be here. A nice place which would have been better if they maintain the whole area.

4. Low tariff

1. Poor service
2. Poor maintenance. Most of the electric appliances are non functional
3. Wifi is available only in a few cottage

Owner who takes us in the evening to try to see animals, nice.
