The waiter kept roaming around and the minute he saw our drinks were empty, he started asking if to refill or to get a bill (basically they can't see us chilling if we don't keep ordering), also they don't accept UPI payment, it's strictly card or cash. Overall it's a pricey place with a dissatisfied experience and would recommend looking out for some other better options.

Great place to hangout. Food is ok. But drinks not available as bottles and food seems to be a little expensive than usual.

The bar and ambiance are good but the rate is a little high as compared to other kinds of bars nearby. And also the quantity of the food items are very less. A few girls are serving now in the bar they don't have any idea about the items and food also, supervision is also not impressive.

Wild West is the Lounge bar in Hotel Park Residency, Kakkand. This is a pretty decent bar in the Kakkand area, it has good seating, ambience and good service. They serve all types of liquors like beer, whiskey, rum, vodka, etc. They also have a good menu for food, it is pretty tasty and is not too costly.

The dining area, the lobby and the surroundings of the hotel are all clean and well maintained. Hotel Park Residency has good rooms, restaurants and different types of bars. There is a good parking space for cars and bikes outside the hotel. The overall experience was good and they have always maintained the standards.

Not the best place Kochi has to offer if you want to have a drink with your better half. But still it's in Kakkanad and is accessible to both men and women. Cleanliness could have been better.

Very good ambience in the centre of the town. The vibe is nice. The lighting ambience give a great look. The food served is very tasty

A good bar with nice ambiance. Not very loud and decent crowd. Food is tasty and have good variety of snacks and drinks. Staff seemed limited and thus gets delay in attending you.

It is not worth the money we are spending here. Service is just average.considering the cost, customer deserves a better service and tastier dishes. I will personally prefer this as the last option on a weekend.

Good ambiance and offers a wide variety of liquors and drinks. Lots of space for sitting and free aminities like nuts and frys. Staffs are not very friendly though.
