The best customer service I've received in a long time, Mr Abhilash helped me remotely shop, pay and couriered a gift for me. Very kind staff and a must visit store.

Had a great experience for me in the William Penn store at lulu mall Kochi. They have a wide range of collections, which makes me buy more of their products. Their staffs are well experienced in demonstrating the product. They helped me find a suitable pen for my loved one.

It was a great experience. Staffs are knowledgeable and patiently informed the features of pen. Even gift wrap was also done professionally and it was outstanding.

Gave my pen for service, through my friend.at that time the guy who recieved the pen told the pen will be ready within a day. As per their instructions we called and followed up the next day. But then the guy who attended the phone said the pen wont be ready until the next month which was understandable. And so past one month today when i called and checked up for the status the guy who picked up the call made it sound like it was my fault they had to keep the pen for one month. And apparantly the pen.was serviced in a day and has been sitting there hence. The guy who attended the call wouldnt care less if the information given from their side was wrong. And ended the call abruptly.great customer service.

Superb experience and I didn't even visit the store. I was trying to buy something online from William Penn and as I didn't had much time to wait for delivery, i called the store and they gave me multiple options to choose from and sent pictures via Whats App. I paid via G-Pay and the delivery was done by Porter in an hour. Gift wrapping done as well at no cost. Very proactive and accomodating team at this store.

They have a wide range of premium pens. Exclusive stores, the staffs are friendly and good customer management, the atmosphere also pleasant

It's a amazing store for pen lovers. You can get most of the premium pen and other writing materials. There is nice stock of most of the premium brands like Mont Blanc, Water man, Cross, Lapis bard and others. Good customer handling and good supportive staff. Go and enjoy the writing. ️️️
