Giving 5 stars for staff hospitality. Selvam is real friendly guy, who accompanied us in all aspects. Took us to hiking on top of mullanthandu kurishumala for sunrise. The property is located in lonely place, with pinch of remote Tamil village touch inside cardamom plantations.

10/10! The only problem is getting to this place, the resort is on top of a steep hill, but then again that itself is a boon in disguise in some cases, cause the view from this place during the sunset and sunrise are unparalleled.

It is one of the best available in Pooppara. Great food and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the stay in Windale. Ride from Pooppara to Munnar is splendid.

Room and foood are good, but the road to reach the resort is very hectic, avoid go by night
