Attended a wedding reception. Can't say much about this place. An very ordinary outlet.

There's a problem with hot water while bathing in this hotel. Food quality is good. But, overall service is mediocre.

Was one of the best experiences in trivandrum really a good place for family functions with limited people and nice ambiance the food of course was good

Pathetic experience. The GM of this property is so rude that he thinks there are no other options in Trivandrum. Advice to management: Fire your GM if you value your guests and care about customer experience.

Decent rooms. In old part of the city. Had booked for Corporate stay.was given room on same floor as kids group. Extremely noisy.

We really loved the rooftop restaurant yesterday! There was a wide selection of food to choose from and it was delicious! For those wondering, it’s a serve-yourself buffet. There is also a balcony where you can look out across the city! All in all, it’s a wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend!

Had my wedding reception here. Have enjoyed their lunch and dinner buffet at their roof top dining couple of times. It has a good ambience.
The buffet spread was good in terms of quality and quantity for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The main course dishes were mainly from south Indian as well as North Indian cuisine.

Good Decor and well illuminated lobby. Did not see the rooms ad I had gone only for a function. The food served was tasty

It was my nephew's birthday and we celebrated it at Windsor Rajadhani. We went for the buffet lunch. What struck me was the variety of dishes made available for each part of the meal be it the starting drink, the salads, the starters, the main course and ofcourse the dessert! Some of my personal favorites were ginger lime made available through out the meal, the range of salads particularly the egg salad, curd rice, the hot and crispy appams served from the live counter, from the main course meen thoran, egg burji and among the range of desserts the coconut pudding. Another thing that struck me was the extensive range of cuisine covered by the buffet from the ethnic foods of Kerala such as beef ullarthu, fish fry, kappa meen curry, meen thoran, chicken ullarthiyathu etc to representation from the north indian cuisine to Chinese. Sumptuous options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. All prepared with equal finesse. The service is impeccable. The way they managed the cake cutting made us at ease. The ambience is just wow with natural light and ventilation and the view of Trivandrum is worth dying for. If you scan the skyline you will spot the Greenfield stadium. The price is worth it. A must try for a get together and otherwise. Child friendly too!

I don't know about others. But i loved the food. Some times buffet means lot of food, but not good food. Here it's different. The food was really good. Tasty food. My wife loved noodles. I like the curries.

Quality is reducing a bit.food taste is average in a buffet. Service has to be improved a lot. Salad varieties are less.

You are hungry, your primary taste buds are for traditional Kerala dishes, and you don't want to splurge. Windsor Rajdhani rooftop buffet is the place. The taste is surprisingly good for the price and spread.
The view from top is still good as Trivandrum is not a skyscraper city.
You start with a welcome drink to beat the heat, followed by salads, which are decent. Main course is the highlight, and it never disappoint. A good spread for both vegetarian and ones who have fish and meat. There are no mutton dishes, but it's not missed.
Personally I found their desserts as the weakest link, however it still gets the job done. Their cutlery could improve, however i guess that's the trade off that comes with the price.
Another area that can be a turn off is it is not air conditioned, which can be deterrent on non windy days.

Room quality is average it is not as per the start rating and the price of room. Staff is also not as per mark. Breakfast was good and rooftop restaurant is very nice.

Excellent Hotel with good an amazing pool side party area. Parking facility is little poor. Good Food Quality and nice customer service.

They have a decent buffet spread. The food is not that great but it is neutralized by the wonderful view the roof top restaurant offers. They also didn't charge for two kids who dined with us. The staffs are helpful. You need to ask for few dishes particularly to get them. Overall a nice place to dine with a group, be it family or friends.

Excellent hotel to stay and extremely helpful, courteous and organized staff. Thanks to the staff and to Dr Biju for the excellent stay at Windsor. Looking forward for next soon.

Overall rating is just fine. The customer service is good. Food is really pathetic. The hall near the pool area is too small and the ambience is not good.

Windsor luch buffet is quite fine. Everything have normal taste. But the kappa fish rapport is excellent, no words. And the egg dishes aswell savoured absolutely tremendous.

The rest of the items are average.

1 star for the view from the top its a palace view. 1 star for the egg dishes and 1 star for the fish curry and tapioca.

An upscale and expensive hotel experience in Trivandrum. The restaurant is nice and it has a rooftop buffet available. There are a couple of small halls which can accomodate around 250 people which is good for small functions like birthday parties. There is also an executive bar which provides beer and wine. The bar is nice and dark and has music videos playing on projector and they allow you to dance on the floor without disturbing other patrons. Unlike most other bars in Trivandrum, you can actually have a pleasant experience and can even bring your family including women and children.

Good food, especially the lunch buffet spread. Good rooms and friendly staff. Poolside is an excellet place for baquet dinner. Ample parking space and centrally located.

Overall ambience is great. Neat tidy cozy place. But dinner buffet experience was not that great. The menu was limited and the taste of dishes were not that great. Not a single menu item was upto expectation. Staff were not much friendly also. Total experience at this place was below average.

I had been to Kerala and was looking for a decent hotel, booked this place. This place is good and decent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with the amenities. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is good and tasty. Has stayed here for 2days. They have a restaurant on 2nd floor and a rooftop on 9th floor. A bar at 1st floor which is decent. The gym at T floor is not up to the mark.
Found the room price to be expensive compared to the other hotel booking apps. Their system is not very friendly.

One among good restaurants in Trivandrum, located near Kowdiar. Easy accessible location, food is really tasty and delicious. Mainly fish/beef verities served here are really fresh. I have been to most of other restaurants in Trivandrum. Buffets are very good and economical too. An advisable restaurant for family and small groups.
