I have done micro blading from here. Sangeetha did a fentastic work on my eyebrows. It looks more natural. Eyebrow thickness and length was very much matching with eyebrows. Over all very much happy with work done by sangeetha

Visited WOW FACTOR last Sunday for my daughter. Thank you ma’am for your patience to acknowledge her health issues and advise accordingly. Now she feels much better.
Friendly staff. Superb ambience. Overall a wonderful experience.
Suggestion: It would have been better if we could get all medicines prescribed by your doctors from there itself, as no other medical shops are available in the locality and would have to travel either to Murinjapalam/Medical College Jn.or to Statue/General Hospital Jn.as certain medicines are available only there.

Never go to this place.
Clear intentions of money making only.
First visit they will say to do Laser or Hydra facial, without proper diagnosis (they will just try to sell) and will also prescribe expensive medications.
Second visit they will again try to sell chemical peeling or other procedures without making a diagnosis.
Hydrafacial is expensive compared to other centres.
The worst part is they will charge you a 600rs consultation fee extra for hydra facial.
Comedy is dermatologist may not have seen the patient.

Doctor and Staff was good. I have done Hydra facial no use was waste of money they charge me 8000/-

I visited for wax strip burn, and I just wanted to reduce the damage of my skin. The doctor told us we had to wait until the skin peels off. Then u have to do laser treatment for the scar. Prescribed two creams; a moisturizer and antibiotics. After using the next day, my skin started to break in acne. So I stopped using the cream after 3 days since i was getting more acne. Now I have burn scar and acne scar. I'm never going there again.

Very bad service, one star only for doctor and receptionist, 4 negative star for the staff behavior on the first floor, two lady staff were very rude and arrogant behaviour towards us, they are acting like they are the owners of the company, these staffs will degrade this clinic. Very pathetic. Suggesting owner to appoint some staffs who is having atleast basic respect towards human, don't go there if you have kids. If you go with kids teach them don't stand in soffa, according to the staffs

And for your information we know how to take care of our child and we never asked any help from your great supportive staff. After cleaning only my daughter was sitting on soffa and they saw that, loose stool can happpen to anyone, your great staff was laughting at child diaper.we cleaned it in the washroom not in your common sitting area. It's our fault we visited your clinic without seeing reviews

Today I had a consultation with Dr. Asha Biju. She prescribed me for a second session of Dermapen treatment. Since I got better results from the first treatment done in the previous month, I agreed to continue the procedure. I waited in the procedure room after applying anesthetic cream. After waiting for nearly an hour, one of the staff came and asked whether I needed the procedure to be done by Asha doctor or some other doctor, otherwise I would have to wait for even more hours. Since it was mentioned more waiting hours I opted for another doctor over Doctor Asha. The dermapen treatment done by the other doctor was not at all satisfactory as I had the previous experience with Asha doctor's session which was awesome, I was able to understand. It seemed like I had nothing done on my face. Moreover, the treatment was not done all over the face. Actually, it was the fault on my side, that I should have waited for Asha doctor for the procedure. I just wanted to mention the incident, otherwise no problem with the cosmetic centre. Very sorry to add more. After reading my review (first part), one of the staff called me for detailed enquiry. After hearing all these they just said sorry and cut the call. They never asked me to come again and so on. My money is wasted. ️ Will never come again. Losing one patient because of carelessness and bad treatment provided.

I visited wow factor for the first time today. Had an amazing experience. I counsulted Dr Soumi and my treatment was done by her. Sangeethaa and the other staff did the procedure with utmost care and precision. Overall my first experience was great.

The staff is very courteous and warm. The clinic is very well set up compared to most other skin clinics and hospitals in Trivandrum. Came for laser hair reduction, they have Soprano Ice system here, looking forward to a good result. The clinic is hygienic as well.

Being a novice in aesthetics, I was pretty confused about the credibility of the treatments I may need for my issues. I visited this place and the doctor helped us to decide the relevant treatments for mom and me. Staff is very professional and friendly. The doctor was very gentle during the procedure. The team did explain the procedures and what to expect. So we had no surprises. The prescribed medications seems working. Hydrafacial was just awesome. The result was spot on. Its too early to say the progression of other treatment as more sessions are required. Will definitely recommend and will go back to this place when in my hometown.

Had a good experience with wow factor. I came for a treatment of laser hair removel. My upper lip & chin hair growth reduced in first sitting. 2 sessions completed. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Receptionists were very friendly and made sure my appointment was scheduled before I left the office. The staff were really helpful
