Very nice Christmas collection but I found the price to be too steep

The worstest of worse store and customer service ever. I had placed an online order on Nov 11th and its Dec 20th now and the product is not delivered yet.after 4-5 repeated calls.they somehow shipped the product through a trash delivery service and that too is getting further delayed.the item was meant for christmas decoration and i hope i will get it atleast after December 25th. They are not ready to cancel the order and refund the money even though there is a clear mistake from their side. Seriously I wonder how long you guys will sustain with such a pathetic management and service.

This is byfar the worst shopping experience i have had. They are the worst in terms of their customer service; wouldn't reply to emails or messages and then when you call them they bring up the lamest of the excuses each time but still don't take the action and after a point they stopped responding to the calls too. I made a pretty huge order from their online store for the first time and it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't got any update or the products. It's such a disaster. I bought every decoration for Christmas and they have ruined the holidays for me. I had also requested a refund and they have not responded to even that.

They are fraud and doesn't care about the customer's needs. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this place. Please don't fall for the collections they have because they are going to make the whole buying process miserable for you.

If I cud give 0 stars I would have given Dat for the way the boss lady treats the customers. Be it the way she treats the employees or the way she treats the customers it’s pathetic. Went to buy Christmas stuffs. I felt she shud js wrap her stuffs in plastic cover and open it for only celebrities.

Only gave two star for the amazing collection otherwise wouldn't dare to give even one star.inspite of purchasing for around 50k, they didn't give a single rupee discount and living just 2kms from the shop they did not even bother to arrange a transportation.very cold and dissatisfying approach.

Pathetic service, they allowed us to enter the shop and once we reached the 1st floor and said our requirements, they simply said to grab the item and leave, shop is closed. When we were about to leave, they already closed the door and we had to come out through their backdoor. It happened at 08: 04 pm. Really appreciate their on time service. Good luck to the store!

I travelled around 30 km and reached there at 730 and saw shop is closed. Please change ' shop timings' here

Nice stuff. Big clay n ceramic planters and decorative glazed vases/pots.
Also liked these cast iron pieces.
