The rooms were clean, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous quality service.

Worst experience ever. I have paid rs. 3300 for a room and once I checked in the tv was not working so as the lamps. I immediately contacted the receptionist and they started repairing it. It took 1hr 15 minutes to solve the complaints and I asked the management to provide discount for the inconvenience that caused me. They were really arrogant and told me they won’t provide any discounts or whatsoever. They told me that if you want to leave without staying then you can but still they will only provide 50% of the amount. Finally the next day they return rs. 300 as reimbursement but what’s the use after all this mess. Totally hated the stay and I advise everyone not to go there if you are planning for a peaceful stay.

Service was very poor. Mots irritating thing in the hotel is the behavior of manager lady.
Will not recommend. Rooms are costly while compared with the service and facilities.
Food quality was very poor and costly.

കുനിഞ്ഞു നിന്നാൽ പുടുക്കു അറുക്കുന്ന സ്റ്റാഫ്. മൊതോം കള്ളന്മാർ ആണ് Take Care. പരാതി പറഞ്ഞാൽ എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല ഞാൻ അല്ല cctv ഇടാൻ പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഞാൻ ആണ് മെയിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ ലേഡി മലക്കം മറിഞ്ഞത് കള്ളന്മാരുടെ സ്ഥലം ചോദിക്കുന്നവർക് ഞായം ക്യാമറ ഉണ്ടേൽ പോലും കിട്ടില്ല

Used the executive bar& restaurant.
Food is average. Not crowdy even on sunday evening.

Room is spacious. Neat and clean. It is occupied with everything we need. The lift to the room is very bad it is not cleaned.

A good place to hang out with friends.you know what I mean. Its spacious enough to accomodate 6 people. More than that you may face a problem. The service was good. Food was average i would say. And the beer is slightly costly. But you will get a nice ambience

With limited places offering buffet dinner, we ventured to this new place in Kollam. Interested in an early dinner, we stepped in at 7.10 PM. We were informed of a 15 mts wait.

The restaurant virtually had a deserted look all through with just 2 families - occupying 2 tables. We start with a chicken soup, which was a bit tasteless & bland. Then came kappa (tapioca) & tuna fish curry, it made a fine combo. With chappathi looking like local packet one, we clearly avoided them, no other option other than rice / fried rice remained. The quantum of food kept on the platter reminded us of less guests, but we had to often scrape the vessel to get hold of the food item. The beef masala was a great prep, but the amount of beef pieces were to the bare minimum. The scrabbled egg & chicken 65 were really dainty stuff. Sambar, avial with rice in bricketted blocks was an ok affair. The Chinese chilli chicken was worthy of 3.5 star rating. Topping up all this was just one dessert option.

With a pricing at moderate 300 per person, it looked like a great option. #Raviz would have been an option with much greater spread - all at a cost of 950 per person. The #Xaviers Residency was a good option for the money we give. It may be worth a try for a quick dinner - but not suited if you had a special occasion to celebrate

Just don't believe the pics they uploaded. It's just too old and not well maintained. And it's accompanied by a local bar in the same compound. Never recommend

Waste of money. Bathrooms and Rooms Were not cleans and smelly. Too much payment for this rooms.

Never pick this place if you're looking for a decent stay. Even their suite room feels like a cheap lodge setup.

Had a glorious past, will be useful if you are looking for a place for small functions- privacy, parking, road side, within city limits. Bar attachment in separate building with different entrance.buffet lunch available.

Went for a conference, poor ventilation in the hotel. Though the conference room was air conditioned. We're waiting in the stuffy lobby.

Very bad experience from hotel manager. (a lady) We have done an official party over there. We have only total 42 pax and they have charged for 54 members. Why because they are counting plates only. If anyone takes 2 plates will count as 2 pax. Also rate was totally difference with which discussed on booking time. We shown that to the manager but she was arguing with us and not willing to reduce the bill. Finally hotel MD came and redu e the bill. Last 3 years we are doing programs here but this time we were totally disturbed and upset. As per my knowledge xaviers hotel is one of the best class hotel in kollam so kindly request to ensure the quality of staffs before appointing atleast manager. Otherwise may chances to loss your customers day by day.

Poor coustmer relationship, after 10 pm no food and beverage.atleast the hotel keep some educated people at night in front desk, my experience was so bad and I never prefer this hotel for anyone.
