Not picking the call. Didn't deliver the item yet. They return my item with out delivery.

Very bad delivery service. While tracking with app it’s showing out for delivery and received the delivery Otp but the delivery person had not picked the courier and no response from them. I had to pick the courier myself from there. The delivery person not also picking the call when called.

I didn't received my courier till this time. I have informed delivery boy to deliver my courier to the shop near my home and he agreed. But he didnt delivered my courier over there.when I enquired about the product on shop they said that they didn't get any product from anyone. They marked my courier as successful delivery. When I try to contact on mobile number showed on delivery message, he didnt pick up my call.

D grade third class service this courier has. Package at thopumpady since Friday (5/08/22) and not even once they hav attempted delivery or call.
