I ordered the food from train while traveling but it was not delivered, even the delay was not intimated by the resturant, useless service.cheating people on the name of rail yatri.bladie cheats.

Such a bad atmosphere to work with. I have worked in this firm for 1.4 years, when Mr Raghu and Prabir were the Ops Manager and TL. The working atmosphere was very nice during those days. I was working in Resolution Department, handling the complaints of the customers and I was taking care of the WhatsApp chats and live Chats.
Immediately one day our Ops Manager changed and Mr. Murali joined as our new Ops Manager. For some days he was good, but soon he started playing games against the working colleagues. The one who was just apprreciating his bads and goods, started growing getting better posts.
I have been shifted to CC Team from Resolution Department without any reason. I was forced to resign from there, just because I took leave when I was hospitalized with Viral Fever for 6 Days. He forced me to resign from there and without any notice period, I left the job.
Even after working for 1.4 years, I have not received any increments and instead of getting a chance to prove myself, I was depromoted to CC Department. The colleagues who have joined after me, got a promotion and made as SME. I have trained them and I used to clear their doubts, but they were made my senior. The reason I have mentioned above.
So friends, I request you not to join this company when Mr Murali is a part of this firm as Ops Manager. The Management have not even know what exactly is happening inside it.
I came to knew about it when CEO asked me about why and for what reasons I left the job.

Worst place to work. Management only does meeting with female employee when harassment complained is filed. After that the people who do the harassment that is management people is not even untouched and happily working. This company will only understand when legal case is filed

Worst place to work where in people like Alex takes money from people and when asked back threats to fail in quality. This all happening under guidance of Jyothi, HR and Murali. Even if HR is being informed still she wont take any action. Got enough documented proof on whatsapp and call recording for the same. Will the owners of the company do something or will just favor wrong decisions and ideas.

RATING OF COMPANY HAS ALREADY GONE TO 2.9 AND SOON IT WILL MOVE DOWN IF ACTION ARE NOT TAKEN AGAINST EMPLOYEES

Being an ex employee at rail yatri now i can clearly say that that working atmosphere at present at railyatri is so suffocating that that u need a gas mask to work there.even if u work there with all ur dedication.the management there still treats u as an outsider in such a way that you cannot even sit in the office and have a decent conversation with your ex colleague's.for instance after one month of my resignation i did not get my experience letter till yesterday and when i went to ask for it i was asked immediately to go from the office by present HR after she handed me the letter. The feeling was awkward but the experience was much worse. To be frank.do not order food from yatrachef (mostly on night time) because 75% of the time u may still go hungry.

We traveled by Somanath JBL express on 16th Nov in 1st AC. Quality of Food served was too poor. We ordered Mix Vegetable Subji but received Baingan Baaji with full of oil. I found the same baaji in meals too. Quality of Rice is good but the dal served tasted bad. What ever the description they have given on the menu and items received were a mismatch. I have ordered 2 Butter roti but received 4 normal roti with oil. Really a kind of bad quality food which we can't accept or digest. Full of oil. I don't recommend this restaurant service to any one. They serve very, very, Very poor quality food. Railway Catering Service is a Silent spectator.

Being an female employee I was harrased by Murali the operation manager. Please do not trust this person as he is like a snake where in he can bite you any moment if you dont work as per his convenience. The company made me work during floods from 7am to 10 pm without even giving me overtime. Also they claimed i never worked for 72 days as per biometrc however if you check the module access the real pic is different. Amd my question is if i have not worked fot 72 days how come company gave me salary for 3 month and 12 days. We have call recording to prove i have worked and employees as evidence to prove in court. Whatever data is being portrait by Murali is being trusted by upper management. They don't know how murali is smart is playing with data and manipulation of data. I am posting the same in facebook, twitter and will go to court too for harassment from Murali. Now RY has to give me justice and compensation too

Very poor service they rarely deliver food
I ordered a mini veg thali to be delivered in my coach A1/29 on 21/10/18 in train 12811, Vilaspur, no Thali came, I remained hungry, as I couldn't give order to others trusting these guys.
Never order these stupid fellow.

HARASSMENT OF FEMALE EMPLOYEE BY OPERATIONS MANAGER, JYOTI - JUST WAIT AND WATCH HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL LEAVE THE OFFICE AND NOW COMPANY WILL BEAR BACK TO BACK COURT CASES FROM EMPLOYEES. WE ARE NOW TEAM OF 5 PEOPLE FROM CC, RC AND VSD WHO WAS FORCE D TO RESIGN WITH UNETHICAL POLICY. NOW BY NEXT MONTH 7 MORE PEOPLE WILL LEAVE FROM SAME DEPARTMENT AND WILL PUT MORE CASES TILL OPERATIONS MANAGER AND JYOTI IS BEING REMOVED. Don't even think of joining this company. The company was employee friendly and now its just politics where in the owners of the company do not even know whats going on. The operations manager (Mr Murali) acts as if he is the god father and can take away anyone job. He informed the people working here either your listen to me and work or you loose the job and even the owners of the company wont say anything as they have given full rights and power. Now it's time to show the women power via legal way for which Railyatri will have to come to court and justify things. People like Jyothi, are the people who had informed people during training they are the boss and if they want they will take away the jobs anytime. I being a female employee has been a part of harassment and now I will go to labour court and fight for my rights. This company will soon get close if these people are in management and do politics with employees. Employees are scared to give feedback about management. The people hired are the once who can do flatters to operations manager, Jyothi. These three people have ruined the work environment of the company. I will make sure this is posted all over social media till the justice is done to employees working there. We are a team of people who are being asked to leave with all false reasons made my them and few working in all the departments who will together file a case and make sure the justice is done. MY SALARY IS STILL NOT GIVEN AND ITS MORE THAN 40 DAYS. NOW THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME COMPENSATION AND SALARY BOTH WHEN THEY GET LEGAL PAPERS FROM LABOUR COURT AND MY ADVOCATE.

Sir, i am shabbir husain my travelling date was 10th aug.from Nagpur to Hydrabad Dakshin express. I had given a food order which was received at Chandrapur Station, but no body had come to given parcel, very bad experience to yatra chef. Why they are advertising and assure people to supply food on time. I am thinking rhat they are chiting with people. I will complain to food department also.
