"Nightmare at Yes Bharath Wedding Collections - A Warning to All"

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Yes Bharath Wedding Collections in Sultan Bathery, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter. From start to finish, the entire experience was an absolute disaster.

The staff's behavior and attitude were very poor, especially those in the billing and packing section. The salesgirl who assisted me behaved disrespectfully and made me wait for an extended period. Despite the presence of other less occupied staff members, she did not direct me to them. The floor manager displayed rude behavior and lacked the skills to handle customers.

It was a totally terrible experience, and I felt compelled to warn others about the poor service at Yes Bharath Wedding Collections.

The quality of the dresses is very poor including the manager's teasing behavior when it comes to changing.
I will not enter this shop again and I will not suggest it to anyone as there is no need for a joking behavior with money in hand

Pathetic attitude of staff, especially those at the billing and packing section. People are spending their hard earned money not to experience your attitude. Show it to your management if you have the guts.

Mens section tailor staff's attitude and behaviour is so bad, He is taken nearly 45 minutes for juz cut the length of one pant.

I bought duckback company rain coat from here company price 1395 not even a penny less. The main problem is that when it rains, water gets inside the clothes

One of the waste place very poor customer handling, for the return or exchange it's very risk thing because need to contact with the floor manager he is rude behaviour, acting like meat shop manager he don't know how to handle the customer and there is no proper billing also no need customer details or anything.

The boss who gave a handkerchief of just 30 rupees for free when buying clothes worth 8000 rupees.there is no substitute

Third rate experience in toys section, selling damaged products, no replacement option, do not buy anything from them, i donated my purchased items to toys section, really irritating.

This store has many items that sell for fairly good prices, the staff are friendly and assist you everywhere, the only problem was how much GST was paid for our purchases and since many people are there to assist you, you can get confused. One more thing is, you need to have the whole day if you're going to shop there because of how many things are there and you never see the time pass by with all the lights in the store. We made a very big purchase and the only gift we got back was a low quality towel in return. I was insisted on giving my phone number and when I let them know that it was not actually a rule for stores to collect customer phone number, they told me it was a rule that they initiated on that very day I said no and did not give my number of course.

Renovated showroom with a wide variety of collections, staff are very helpful and make sure that we are getting what we want.

There is no need for wide range of options while shopping. Yes Bharath is the only place where we could find varieties of outfits and materials with n number of shades. I suggest everybody not to waste searching for shops instead checkout yes Bharath you could really save time and money.

Yes Bharath is conveniently located and having ample selection with a reasonable price tag. Well mannered staff. Parking lot available.

I am so sad that this for the first time I have such worst experience. I just went to return my dress and exchange it the sales girl who handled me behaved me so irrespectful and she make me waiting for such long time. There were lot of staffs who are not that much busy. She didn't allotted me to them. But at the same time I am very glad that the asst. Manager ahould ready to hear me.
