Went there for a gathering. Building is old, but its a beautiful place.

This is one of the best places to rest if you are going to Kochi, because it is located right next to the Periyar river so that you can enjoy the nature and scenaries. And also, there are many restaurants nearby. I recommend you to eat outside, only because you get a better satisfaction outside.

Facilities are good and the view towards river is awesome.
