Good Arabic restaurant. The dishes were well prepared and tasty. The service is good and the rating address is well kept. The service can be improved though.

The quantity of the dishes are worth the money we spent.

The restaurant doesn't have parking so we need to park our vehicles on the roadside. The toilets needs some rework.

I think they make fun of customers. I have ordered a quarter al fahm and the gave me an al fahm which is quarter to quarter of al fahm

Food especially loved the Arabic salad if you are an Arabian food lover.lack of adequate space is the only issue.

I've tried the honey pepper alfaham and the chicken tandoor. The food was an ok place to visit with your friends and family. The honey pepper alfaham wasn't very flavourful. But the atmosphere is great to hangout. I've also tried the carrot juice (without sugar) that was good.

Food quality is ok.but the service quality needs improvement. A kind of complacency creeping in.

Too cramped, food was too bland. Nothing was even remotely spicy. May be will work for foreigners.

We tried this place as we saw a lot of positive reviews by vloggers. But we were disappointed. The place is so cramped. Service is poor. And to talk about food, total disaster. We ordered Mandi. The rice or chicken was not like mandi. They told us that they are making fresh batch and asked us to wait for 20mins. We were fine with that. But they served cold rice. I don’t think that was a fresh batch. Rice was over flavoured with masala and tangy. Even the mandi chicken too was cold and tasted of raw masala. We also ordered an alfaham. It was burnt. Totally disappointed with the panampilly nagar outlet.

Heavy rate and less quantity. Avoid too much decorations and concentrate the quantity and quality of food. Compare to other restaurants quantity is less. If customer paid amount for any dish 60% amount is for their ambience and 40% amount for food. So customer served for that 40% only. If anybody wants to spend more money for ambience rather than food this restaurant is super.

I celebrated my birthday here in a little way. The food was really appetizing. My personal favorite is passion fruit juice.

I had chicken barbecue and tandoor rotti, amazing taste. It is a good place to go with family.

Finally Visited the very famous ZAATAR RESTAURANT. Tried alfahm chicken manthi, Beef rib manthi along with afgani tandoor and mint lime.
The manthi rice was so brown and flavoured. Its so tasty to eat. Chicken was well cooked. So tender. But the beef rib portion need to bit softer. Beef was so sticked with the rib so its so hard for me to pull out from it. Both items are well in mixed with myonise. Mint lime gives me a fresh taste. The staffs were polite and well mannered.

Food was not good. Kobos was leathery, paneer Tikka was a disaster, alfam was okayish, Arabian salad platter too was okayish but nothing to rave about.

It is totally now worth for the price indicated in the menu. Ordered a full Beef Mandhi, but the quantity wasn't even that of a quarter beef Mandhi.it wasn't much tasty also, beef given was very raw.

The place is in a prime spot in the panampally nagar, the ambience is good and overall hygiene is also very good as expected. Parking just infront of the restaurant may not available always as there is only little space. We tried and Alfam with kuboos, porotta with paneer butter masala and kadai paneer and some arabic salads. The food was decent enough but not something extra ordinary or very much recommendable. The porotta was not the best one which you could find in and around. The major con was that they don't serve Romali roti over there. I usually prefer romali with bbq or Alfam. And the other point is that they should have tried to improve there wash area to a much spacious one. Its just congested and cramped.

Good Arebic restaurant in Kochi, Kerala. Prices are little high but food quality is good.specially non veg items.little crowded on weakened. You also have to wait for your order.

I had the worst experience in my life. I have ordered the Arabic biriyani which came to be normal mandi rice. They have to be little bit accurate what they say and what they serve. Also the customer relation was very bad. I definitely will not suggest anyone this restaurant. Very disappointed.

Went on a Tuesday, during lunch time. So there was not much rush. Good ambience, good service, good food, nice presentation. Had a peaceful and fun lunch with family. Definitely recommended.

I have been to this place various times. They do serve amazing food with great ambience. Staffs were well behaved and one of the best place to hang out with our loved ones.

We have ordered many food like alfaham and rice. The food was overall good but some were not much as i expected. Overall experience at restaurant was nice
