Have to wait 90 minutes for one loaded fries. They wait to fill customers every table.price is also high

Good place to explore. I experienced waiting time is little bit more. But food is really awesome and tasty. I think the rate is over rated. But service is really good. And the shop atmosphere is really good.

Best spot for food. The atmosphere is so good and service also nice. Their food is on next level. They have many varieties of broast which is very tasty especially their Nashville flavour. The hotel is clean and not over priced.

Food quality is poor to the kind of restaurant it portrays the fries drenched poor quality oil and so did the chicken.

The hotel was closed down after getting maggots (puzhu) from fried chicken, On the complaint of Jishad, a resident of Valanchery, the Kottakal municipal authorities took action.

Food with love. It was really amazing food and quality, the decoration of dishes and the taste it was really really good, especially fusion espatada.

Very bad service, actually i didn't get all items i ordered by swiggy. They told me to refund the item amount after 3 days (77hrs).

The size of chicken pieces are too small compared to the price charged. If you want same food with way less price, go to TFC at Kurbani. If you want better food with better quantity with the same price, go to ChicKing. No wonder I was the only person sitting there. Unless they make the value for money they offer competitive, they have to close soon. Btw I paid 240 for 2 chicken piece, a bun and a glass Pepsi.

The atmosphere and customer service is great here, but for me personally the food is not great. It's kinda okay

Overall food is tasty, fridndly staff, good ambience.

Their Nashville salad is not upto the price and not at all tasty, which is filled with cabbage only. 'Nashville cabbage' would be a better name.

But it’s higher pricing for less quantity of food.
Nashville spicy fried chicken is a worst dish from the menu and I have ever eaten.
Have moderate parking space,
Other menu foods are nice
Drinks are nice.
Anyway the ambience will fulfill our mind.

Quality food especially fried chicken, peppery grill & thrissur shake. These are my favourite combo i prefer more time. Dynamite grill chicken is too spicy. Customer service is improved now. Very fast delivery i get these lock down days. Good ambience inside. Quality service

No much options, regular fried chicken and burger. Average taste.

+ points: Interior design, staff’s behaviour, way of serving and attitude.
- point: Cost doesnt fit upto the quality and quantity. Chicken espetada costs around 349. Thats too much overpriced for 5 pieces of grilled chicken and some fries and veggies (taste may be authentic but not for 349.) So dont try to order that thing.simply waste of money. And about salads, chicken pieces: cabbage ratio is like 1: 10. Not good for 169 rupee salad.so better to avoid salads and espetada.try broasts and grilled items.

Thrissur mojo shake is extra ordinary.must try it.

Wide different flavours and the cost is less than that of chickin and KFC. Totally more than value for money
