Unexpectedly went to have dinner.totally satisfied with the food and service they provide.alfahams were really good.and to mention have a plesent ambience. Must try.

First of all, I have heard very good things about food here and had very high expectations. But due to rush, they cannot give a proper service. Even for water, waited for long. Food came fast. Quantity is nothing compared to cost. Food taste was also not good. I never ate this much bad chilli chicken in my life. Only good thing was fried rice.

Very good restaurant for family, friends and kids. The atmosphere is very good. The service is also very good. The restaurant is neat, clean and well decorated. The decoration of the restaurant is very good specially light decoration is very beautiful. The sitting arrangements are very good. The ambiance is good.

Good food, unfortunately the tandoor options are not available during lunch time. Atmosphere is nice with all plants around the seating area.

Service is not up to the standard. We order starter and main course. They bring starter after main course. Food quality is good but taste wise, only 2 stars.

Ordered a full koozi rice with morrocan alfaham.
Rice was average.
Alfaham was very good.
The staffs at the payment counter were polite and respectful but the waiter who attended us was impatient and a bit arrogant.
Nalloru experience aagrahichu aanu keriyath. But overall his attitude ruined the moments.

Biriyani and manthi is in menu. But not available everytime. Delay movement of staffs. Shame on this restaurant management who charge on drinking water.

They play local Malayalam music at very very high volume don't know whats the purpose of that. Always ask them to turn it down

Overall nice experience

Absolutely delicious food From soups to starters to sizzlers to biriyanis, everything here is mouth watering. A must visit if you are in and around nedumbassery.

The food quality and the mode of serving is superb. Its my second visit to Zatoon. We have ordered both alfaham mathi and Morracco alfahm. Both were delicious and spicy. Just love it.

1) Dishes tried: Al Fahm Mandi, Black Tea, Mojito. Mandi was delicious. One of the best Chicken Al Fahm I've tasted. Mandi's rice was also very good.
2) Ambience: Good. Would recommend for families.
3) Hospitality: Good

I have visited this place twice and loved the experience both the times. I had ordered chicken manchow soup and chicken mandi.loved both of it. The place is neat and the ambience is great too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food's not as tasty as before. Horrible part is that we found plastic cover pieces in the lemon juice we ordered. Its not just one piece, its like 100s of small pieces. We all drank lemon juice with plastic cover pieces. We thought it was lemon pieces but was actually plastic cover pieces. We realised it in the end. Even my 2 year old kid drank that. Hotel manager apologised and said its from the ice cube cover and it accidently got into the mixie while preparing fresh lime. Never expected this from a reputed restaurant like this. Will never come back.

Zatoon always maintain the quality of food they serve. Always had a great experience dining there. Customer service also was great.

It was a good spot, Nice interiors. I didn't try anything variety, I ordered chicken fried rice and chilli chicken. It was of decent quality and quantity. It was not bad but not upto my expectations (not upto the rate).

Really nice area and nice food. They have made there area clean and well arranged. They are having a really big table that can easily fit of 6 to 8 members in a family or friends. I have seen some foreign citizens there as well commented positively regarding there food

Very costly especially the sulaimani (black tea), we had cardamom and cinnamon flavoured tea both were highly over priced with the cinnamon flavour at 80️

Very pleasing and plush interiors, ambient lighting and music as well. The food is also quite good, infact fahams are very good and of larger quantities. Cleanliness and presentation are top notch as well, overall the place has high regards in terms of the standards maintained.

Yes it's a Highway side Restaurant NH 17 near Angamaly, Convenient place lots of parking structure, I have order some Arabic dish it's Name koozhi rice something, it's not much more good than expected,

Had a good time here. The facilities are good. Adequate parking space. Service was great. Food was delicious. Prayer Hall is available. Rest room was hygienic.

A good place in highway. Nice for long traveling people to fresh up. Good to visit with family. Good rest room facility. Nice hospitality and a good variety of choices. Their interiors are filled with a lot of live green which makes it even nicer. I would recommend to spend sometime with family.

We just found this enroute to our destination. Went in for the reviews. Must say, they bowled us over with their food. Do good.
We took Koozi Dajaj and Fish Curry Meals. Really really good. For someone living in Middle East, we found some pretty good Arabic dish in Koozi.
Ambience also excellent. No wonder many celebs came to your place.
Note: Just a small snag. Knocking one star for cleanliness. We found some food waste downside our table which ain't the best sight when you are relishing your dishes. Kindly take care regarding the same.

. Because. Superb tasty. Hygienic.foods especially. North Indian foods and arbic food. Paneer kadaii, chicken mugalayii, Thanthoori chicken, have super tasty. The hotel atmosphere is also very much attractive. Special menu for kids that is also attractive.

Classy and delicious. Service is neat and clean. They got large seating capacity. Prices are reasonable when compared to facilities.
