They now seem to be too complacent and I guess they would not require any further loyal customers coming to the shop. Their customer list seems to be saturated.
As I have been continuing to buy personalised gifts from Zepia for a couple of years now, 2 days ago I visited the place again because I wanted to gift my loved ones something special and wish them a happy Anniversary. No one bothered to pay the heed first of all when I entered (3-4 staffs were anyways present). 4 to 5 mins later when someone had, they did not wish to walk me through what I can buy for my purpose or show me options. Then it seemed to be the manager or owner of the shop while he was walking across the floor simply focusing on yelling at someone for something that could totally be ignored while noticing an improperly attended customer. Somehow I ended up selecting a gift, selected colour variant and gave specifics on how I want it, by when the first one who attended me delegated the task to another one who went out immediately for a quick bite or something from the shop nearby. Once he came back, an advance was requested, I was asked for my contact number and lastly I was asked to come and collect the gift the same day in the evening.
Guess what, it was the same approach when I got in there in the evening in terms of paying heed and of course, the colour variant wes never heard as it turned out to be and I got the other colour that I hadn’t ordered. Without even a little courtesy, they said I have to pay the balance and that’s it.

Maybe I have to stop visiting the place again which I can do for sure. But I do not wish these guys to feel that they are making their customers really happy based on the ratings on google.

I needed passport size photos and called them very close to closing time. Niteesh who was on duty, went above his duty and actually delivered the same personally.
